Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

Today was free cone day. Horrible service and gave a lot of attitude. First time going there, the lady at the cashier was rude, but I still stuck up with it. Only 1 worker was nice and kept a smile on her face, and the other that stood by the door the whole time greeted us with manners. Went back 2 hours later cuz my brother wanted another ice cream and was curious if we could get seconds. I also wanted to ask a question but all workers stared at my brother and I and gave us dirty looks. The last time I checked the flyer it didn't say we weren't allowed to ask questions. Super racist and workers have stinky mouths. Having a different skin tone not white or brown, or perhaps not being white or Hispanic doesn't mean we should be treated like this. Terrible customer service. We got there a 1/2 hour before closing and they were putting all the cones away. The people in front of me took 20 minutes to order their ice cream so I asked the guy that was putting away the cones f he could help me and my son. his answer" No, can't you see I'm working"? So I said " I don't think the franchise owner would be happy knowing that you are losing up shop early" So finally, 5 minutes to closing I was able to order, I asked for specific cone and the girl said we are all out of those and I said o your not, ask your co-worker to take them out b/c he just put the all away. Horrible, so bad I complained to corporate and they sent me $15 in coupons for ice cream....

I just had been kicked off this place with my two little daughters and my husband with the worst manners. 5 minutes to closing time which I really didnt realize.
