Went Today and here is some feedback I have and about my overall experience
CLUES - The clues in the expedition egypt room were very random and didnāt follow a chronological order. We often times had to discover what we had to do in order to get it done. We asked for help and sometimes our game master was completely quiet and didnāt speak to us at all. If clues are going to be given on screens and not spoken make it more clear.
Game master - Our game master was a sweetheart. Sophia was great however we wished she gave more detailed clues, mostly the hints she gave were either vague or they were give always as to what to do to get out. She was decent overall!
Decor - THE DECOR IN THE EGYPT ROOM IS AMAZING. It was well decorated and it matched the theme perfectly well done on that! However the size of the room was VERY disappointing, the room was very small and size and for the price point you pay for person this room could have been extended. Having three rooms per theme could be beneficial as this room was in my opinion just too small.
Lighting - In the egypt room the lighting often times was very dark and hard to see things, we had to either squint or get close enough in order to read the clues or see what needed to get done.
ENDING - The ending could be IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY. Having a clue or puzzle to escape the room could be good in order to make the purpose of ESCAPING more fun. We just finished everything and were told the game master would be picking us up shortly. BORING ENDING. MAKE THE ENDING MORE FUN
Overall for the price point offered I feel like it is heavily steeped in price for paying for four people to complete an escape room that has two doors. MATCH THE PRICE.
Overall - 2/5. Will be back again to give it a try in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give no stars, I would. My party and I did the Egyptian Expedition theme. First, the lighting in the room was practically non-existent, and to solve some of the clues you needed light. Then, instead of it being like other escape rooms, where multiple people can find different things and solve them, it was in a sequence and you couldnāt move on until you figured it out so not very efficient. Half the time we couldnāt tell if the staff member talking on the overhead was to us or the room next door because it was bad quality, and when we figured out it was for our room, we couldnāt understand what he was saying half the time. The last thing, and this is my biggest gripe, is that someone in our group had to āmake a sacrifice.ā They didnāt say what it was. When we figured out someone had to go in the sarcophagus, we werenāt sure if it had to be closed. My husband, whose birthday we were celebrating, got in and after no instruction from the staff, closed the sarcophagus with himself in it. When he tried to get out, it was locked. My husband is claustrophobic and no warnings were given. He was locked in a box for a minute in the dark freaking out before he was let out. Not cool. He loves escape rooms, and for other people in the group, it was their first time doing one. Lastly, when the escape room was solved, it was so anticlimactic. Will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought the family out to this wonderful spot. Over the years the falls has kept its beauty and charm and the lack of entertainment was always apparent. I can now say this is no longer a problem. Our family including my small daughter enjoyed every min of this thrilling mind boggling game. Without giving to much away, the way secret trapped doors and talking machines come alive makes this so exciting that no mater what age you are you will definitely enjoy this with everyone. We have only tried one of the rooms but rest assured we will be back. The staff was extremely friendly and we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who showed his passion for customer service. A family owned business in the heart of a comercial filled mall shows some true love and passion. We hope to bring friends, more family, and co workers to this great new addition. Thanks for the memories. To all please call in advanced and don't be afraid to ask questions about the rooms and what they offer as each is unique bur the experince is the thrill of...
