I was Just a the Dadeland store and Ana S. #231325 was extremely rude. My son and I purchased a Forever Friends charm and she seemed bothered I I spoke English to her. Ana S. Didnât even communicated with us about the charm, however she had no problem conversating with other associates and customer in Spanish and dismissing us. I speak Spanish but my son does not thatâs why I did not speak Spanish to her so my son can speak but there was no need since she didnât seem to care. Then Ana S. Disappear after she put the charm on the box and didnât even say anything to us and then some other girl checked us out. She was NOT any better. It is common courtesy to conversate with costumers and NOT be rude and dismissive. I will NOT be going back to this store. Please train your employees to have common courtesy and manners with not speaking Spanish costumers!!!! Also, my husband and I are loyal costumers of Pandora for the past 14 years and have gone to All the Pandoras near us (The Falls, London Square, Southland) and we have experienced over the top costumer service. We came to Dadeland because it was just in our way, needless to say, it will be our last time coming to this unpleasant...
   Read moreWOW!! What an experience!! I feel like a Pandora pro now. I went in to the Falls Store the other day to purchase a Mother's Day/Birthday gift for the Mrs. I am blown away by the customer service and welcoming feeling I immediately received as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted by pretty much every associate with a "Hello...Welcome...Good Afternoon...etc." I had no idea what I was looking for exactly, but the amazing associate that was assisting me (happened to be the Store Manager) walked me through everything and turned me into a Pandora Pro! She picked my brain for ideas, thoughts and memories, and within 15-20 minutes had helped me translate that and build my wife an amazing new bracelet complete with a bunch of charms. I even left with a beautiful Rose to gift my wife (I tied the Pandora bag to it) =) Needless to say the wife was blown away and so excited!! I will be coming to this store many more times in the future for more charms and probably a whole other bracelet once I load up this one.... =) Thank you Diana and Falls Pandora Team!! Job...
