On 8 21 2025 I went in the Apple Store in The Falls to learn how to use my iPhone smart phone, which is much smarter than me. I was very pleasantly greeted and before the class, i had another issue with an Apple product that I did not believe could be resolved. I was turned over to employee Alexis who scanned my product, punched some stuff into her phone, went into the back of the store and VERY favorably resolved my issue that I thought was dead in the water - it was a miracle in the Apple Store. She was soooo nice and helpful; such a great employee. Next I went to the learning table where I was greeted by Grant, teacher of the hour. We spent the next hour with him teaching about 8 of us how to use our phones. He accepted all questions and answered cheerfully. Itās my second session here and I learn so much from the classes (itās free by the way!). I figure if I take 700 more classes, I will know how to actually use my phone. Three days after this, I received a call that my item aforesaid was ready to be picked up. Again, I was warmly greeted and directed to the back of the store. Before I even sat down, a very nice young man called my name and gave me my item. He, too, was so nice. All of this was such a positive experience for my issue and the training on iPhone. The store is so pleasant and such nice employees! I appreciate that! I came away very happy! Highly recommend this Apple Store!

PREVIOUS, March 2025. : The Apple store at Dadeland has no less than 2 million people in it at any given time. So, I decided to go to this store at The Falls. I am SO glad I did. While I find all Apple employees very knowledgeable and nice, the gentleman who helped me at The Falls was fantastic. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, nor is it written on my receipt. I walked in and was immediately helped by this gentleman. I told him what I wanted and he typed it into something (it was my first smart phone). I also needed a couple other things (a wired earbud jack), and he knew exactly what I needed. By the time I got to the table to sit down, my phone was out and he was explaining it to me. He patiently gave me all the basics and said across the room a woman was teaching an iPhone class. The service was AMAZING and took less than 15 minutes for me to walk out of the store with a new iPhone. I regret not getting his name (it was around 11:15 am on Friday, March 14, 2025). Unfortunately, because of how my other phone was set up, he could not activate my new iPhone. However, he said just go a few stores down to the AT&T store and they could do it (it was an issue with MY phones, not the iPhone or Apple). I did just that and AT&T got my phone activated. The shopping center has a security rule about bicycle that is narrow minded (like some managers at the store) and of they associated bicycle with underpay individuals and try to keep them out of the premisses. Well I went for 2(two) reasons. 1(one) to return a $1550 MacBook Air because of importing laws on another country and 2(two) to ask for some gestures that have disappear on my First Generation iPad both got resolve by a very capable floor person and a old friend working as a genius. The problem appears as I was leaving, early I have been ask to bring the bicycle insight for save keeping during my visit by a very nice blue shirt with permission from the manager (some one) 10 minutes after arrive I was approach by a blue shirt girl that told me I can not retrieve my bicycle to go home I explain to her that I was leaving and that I have permission for my bicycle to be there and that I could't understand, and I ask for the manager there she pointed to her chest were they carry the business card but there was nothing at plate them, she figured that I could not see nothing and nervously reach on the back of the name plate and show me a card that read Mia Amato manager.and right there she became insolent and ask me to go around the shopping center for about a mile on the hot Miami sun so I could ring the bell again and retrieve my bicycle. Well I am 63 years of age and a bit lazy and beside I was invited so I gently ask her to considered what she is asking me, there she realize that me leaving was going to take less than 30 seconds and about 8 feet an choose to aloud me to take the short road. She has also set up a corus of 8 blue shirt for intimidation and call store security to end the show. All that because my bike is worth $3200 and she probably ride the bus to work. If she new that in 6 month at the store when the shirt were pretty I give Apple $750.000.00 Dollars in sale toping even the lousy commercial account guy at the time of my departure maybe she will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is by far the BEST apple store IN THE WORLD (fact) I have ever been to. (have been to at least 50). From the start i was greeted by a very friendly, kind, handsome, young, communicating gentlemen whom i had a nice conversation with while i picked a time for my appointment, not some idiot who didnāt care about my problem.(call center told me they were booked for a week, BS). Then the friendly gentlemen who checked on my phone was a straight up genius, my phone was completely useless and he was able to back it up and everything. Following this another technician (possibly Einstein in disguise) came out to get my phone, went back and fixed it. Then they realized there was another problem and went and got me a brand new phone because i am under warranty. They made my life as easy as can be. The beautiful lady even sat there with me until my phone was fully backed up before i left. I peaked after walking out of this store and I haven't stopped peaking since. There is no other store that employs such articulate, understanding, fast, organized employees. I will be severely depressed if i find out Tim Cook himself did not treat this whole store to a 5 star dinner and a night out at LIV. I will swim from Antarctica with 500 pound bricks tied to my feet to this store rather than ever deal with any other apple store or call center. I have been an apple customer since the iPhone 3Gs, i have every apple product known to man.
