So disappointed in the humanity of todays society and generation! Walked into this store today with my two year old for a last minute gift and with a few items in my hand my daughter says she has to use the bathroom. So I asked the girl at the register if my daughter can use the bathroom and she said no it’s only for employees which I would understand if the circumstances were different and it was me a grown adult that had to use the bathroom but that wasn’t the case. It was a 2 year old little girl and I was going to purchase a lot from this store. Needless to say I never shop here and never will! If I could leave 0 stars I would , came in to exchange an item gift , when I bought the item I let them know that it was a gift and in case I needed to return it she just said to make sure the tags are still on the items , came in today to return it and said that I needed the receipt and not the tags on the items , I asked for a manager and she told me I needed the receipt I told her that I was informed other wise and she just said that she couldn’t help me , I nicely asked her if she could look up my phone number and she can then see the transactions on their system she said she couldn’t exchange it even though my number is in the system . My wife bought a dress that was final sale and when she try to exchange it for another one or something with the same value but the person how was covering the manager vacation doesn’t give my wife the chance to do that, also I want to mention the way she treated her was very rude because that person who’s represent the manager threw the dress on top of the counter saying “Sorry but sale are final” bthat it’s the price she pay for be a loyal costumer; this happened on the store across Tamiami airport.
