The service at the ALDI located at 13801 SW 120th St, Miami, FL 33186 around 2:00 p.m. was downright awful and completely below the expectations I have for a well-established supermarket chain. On April 21, 2025, I went to the meat section looking for baby ribs, but the shelves were completely empty. I asked one of the employees who was stocking meat about the availability of baby ribs, and her response was shockingly dismissive. With a total lack of interest, she snapped, "I'm just working on the chicken," showing clear body language that screamed she had no intention of helping. Her attitude made my simple request feel like an inconvenience, which is totally unacceptable, especially when you're paying customers who expect basic service.
As an employee of ALDI, it’s her job to assist customers, but instead, she did the exact opposite. She didn’t even attempt to solve my request or offer any help. Customers like myself are the reason she has a paycheck, and it's beyond frustrating to be treated this way. When employees act like this, it's not just unprofessional, it's downright disrespectful.
This ALDI has clearly lost its touch. The store was dirty, disorganized, and it was obvious that the staff lacked proper training in customer service. A place that should be focused on convenience and quality has fallen into neglect, and that’s clear from the lack of care given to both the store and the customers. If this is how you plan on spending your money, I suggest you look elsewhere.
It’s critical that ALDI steps up and trains its staff to provide the service customers expect and deserve. This place has seriously let me down, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. I can't give this ALDI more than one star; this experience has shown me the complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this ALDI...

So rude to have a cashier walk up to a customer behind you and personally invite them and help carry their groceries to a previously closed register. Naturally I followed so I could be customer 2. Well she says in spanish to her friend some choice words about entitled gringos then closed her register and left. I can't tell where the green beans are because they just get placed in a box directly on the shelf, you have to break the front of the box open to be able to see that there is stuff in the box cuz it's high up and you can't tell there are contents in the box with how it's stacked and placed up there so you can't tell they even have it. When you get to the check out it feels like I am at the zoo. Folks yelling and constantly make you feel like a thief and coming over your shoulders all the time despite the cameras all over your face, feels really distopian and almost like what we see in movies of prisons but that is how this grocery store is here.
