When I think great quality food and service I can't think of any other location but taco rico located in London square. Folks let me tell you something it just takes one bad response to a customer to ruin you're day as you order food he'll it takes very small amount of effort to even upset any hungry customer but folks let me tell you this is not the case in this wonderful place. Taco rico is known for they're great imagination in food and style and boy let me tell you wow the ultra burrito is beyond any food lovers dreams specially the steak it's got great texture and taste my family whom are picky eaters couldn't even hold they're desire for the quesadillas and taco bowls they are amazing rich in flavor and great presentation. The staff is just amazing and to even go as far as to say the owner himself had the most candid attitude and gracefull presentation when speaking about the menu and all it has to offer, many staff members kept making sure we did not miss anything asked us how our food was and even from the counter Rene seghini the owner kept giving us thumbs up and made sure we had been taken care of constantly. The establishment is well presented has a very fun filled family vibe to it and makes you feel right at home now the location itself can be Easley identified do to its many customers and tables outside during lunch this place is mega packed and barely anybody can fit in but I mean come on folks what restaurant have you ever gone too that's so great and amazing that it won't have a small wait but totally worth it? Then we decided to show support on Cinco de Mayo thinking with the Covid-19 problems most businesses experienced the extra business would help. Was I wrong! Many people were outside crowded waiting for prepaid orders that hadn’t even been started, delivery service company drivers were told to pick up orders only to wait over an hour to pick them up. The staff would give no information on what orders were ready as the crowd continued to grow outside. The manager/owner began not only yelling at staff but yelling at customers trying to place orders or pick them up! I was outside for over two hours after time my food was to be ready only to have owner tell crowd he was canceling all orders. This was their day. A Mexican restaurant crowded with people for Cinco de Mayo when many restaurants have been hurting during the pandemic. Your loyal customers come to show you support and this is how we are treated. The food has always been of fair quality. I was extremely upset to say the least. At after 7:30pm to try and go elsewhere on short notice for Cinco de Mayo dinner for my family was impossible. I tried to get a credit for my prepaid order with the company I placed it through.They came up with a lie that they ran out of food. This is not true. The police were called out because of the crowd gathered outside was not practicing social distancing. The police warned the owner and crowd twice and management still failed to put any system in place even to just give people the information their order was ready. Read moreThe other loacations have it all together. I recently moved and have ordered a few times from this location. They always mess up the order, have bad customer service, and food is mediocre compared to other locations. The most recent screw up on their part is with the app. I was told it was easier and better to use the app and would get 10 percent off the next order. Even though i prefer to order by phone. So this time I used the app. I arrived and the discount is not on the order. They proceed by telling it is my fault and they cant give it to me. I must enter the coupon code on the app which I knew nothing about because there is no where to enter a code on the andriod app or a coupon code on the advertisement on google. They again tell me I am wrong, untill they walk through it will me at the store. After seeing I am right and they have an issue thay needs to be resolved I continue to get attitude (me still being nice and calm) they still dont give me the 10%!
