I wish I could give this place no stars at all! I had a really disappointing experience here. The customer service was rude and unhelpful from the start. When I asked about exchanges, the staff said I could do one but never mentioned that the policy is only 3 days. When I called and asked that’s when I was informed it was 3 days, the lady was giving me attitude to begin with. She was giving me rude side comments that weren’t even necessary instead of just explaining the policy in a respectful way. Honestly for the prices they charge I would expect at least better customer service and giving the customer a chance to just explain themselves rather than not even hearing and understanding the situation. I will definitely not be shopping here again, and making my family and friends...

This was, hands down, the WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was horrendous—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. It felt like they didn’t even want customers there. On top of that, the clothing was shockingly low quality, and when I raised my concerns, they couldn’t have cared less. No accountability, no effort to make things right—just a total lack of professionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place...
