Unit #19 Numerous complaints about our recent stay in this unit this 4th of July 2024. First of all you are charged a cleaning fee upon check in. To which when we got in there the room wasn’t even clean, so We had to go buy cleaning products and clean it ourselves. The room was hot, humid and musty. Second the portable A/C units didn’t cool the unit at all. We sent a text the owner and told her the A/c unit in the living room was blowing out hot air to which she instructed us to empty the reservoir. After doing that the unit continued to not cool the living area. The unit in the bedroom only kept the bedroom cooled with the door closed. She also claimed that the a/c units were also dehumidifiers, however that was not the case. It is so humid in there that the laminate planked flooring is warped also the laminate on the vanity is also peeling off. Third, it advertised to sleep 6 with a queen pull out sofa bed sofa. However it is broken and has been for a few weeks, but yet it is still advertised as being an option. Not to mention the mattress on the bed is not comfortable it was like sleeping on a rock. Fourth we all had numerous bites on us while being in the Unit. All of these complaints were brought to the owners attention and all she gave us were rebuttals. Also with the price you pay you would think toilet paper and trash bags would be supplied, but we had to buy those as well. The HOA property manager ROBIN was very nice. The pool was nice and refreshing. The beach was nice and clean. It’s in a great location. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT...

Unit number 19!! We have rented this room in this condo what would have been 3 times before we had to find somewhere else last minute due to unpaid balances on the condo. We paid the deposit and thankfully I didn’t pay anymore than that. I found out there is unpaid balances for the condo so therefore there is no beach access, walkway, sidewalks, laundry room or pool access until the balance is paid off. You only have access to condo, one parking space and the staircase to the room. I was never informed by the person who owns the apartment due to the beach access being the whole point of a beach condo. I was so thankful someone else reached out to me about the issue. The owner of the apartment is only blaming everything and everyone else and says she will not be refunding my deposit. I was informed that she let several people go down to the condo without letting them know of the financial situation she and the condo were in. And she will not give your money back. So don’t be booking number 19 unless you have proof that balances are paid. She is still accepting money and bookings even though she has not even talked to hoa about them letting her set up a payment plan for the past due balance. So watch out before you book with this girl. My heart goes out to those poor families who drove hours to come stay only to not have any of the amenities listed in the condo’s description. Loved our stay here for the most part!

**Now keep in mind that all of these unions are private and owned by individuals so each room is going to be set up different and with different owners. So in unit 5 we rented the weekend through Airbnb and it was adequate, very pretty kitchen and living room was OK, bedroom is nice, shower has tons of water pressure not a lot of control over hot or cold but It will get the job done!

My only real complaint is the beds 🛏 they are terrible! My back is never hurt more! Even the sleeper sofa wasn’t even fit for kids! I would suggest putting in a big sectional in, taking a vantage of all the room in the corner and get rid of the current set up that would allow you to stretch out at least 2 to 3 people out on the couch without even having to pull anything out and if you had a really nice ottoman that matched it, that would allow to make it a bed. Also on the table in the hallway is just taking up space! Makes it hard for bigger people to get around! Or people in wheelchairs!
