Pho Express Noodles & Bar — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

I really wanted to dine in here for so long, I think they were closed during winter, and let me tell you I’ll never step in here ever again. Food is bad, service is even worse. I go to Asian restaurants very often. I know every spot on the beach and in the town. Why I’m saying it because the server assumed that I’m new to Asian food and maybe that’s the reason why I disliked the food. When actually my choice it was the easiest my comfort food chow mein with shrimp. The noodles were very thin like cup ramen and shrimp smelled awful and was rubbery. She was the only one person on the floor, basically understaffed place, I let her know that the food is not good, and she’s like there nothing we can do it’s already made it’s Asian food if you don’t like it’s your fault and blah blah blah, I actually wanted to order something else from the menu anyway whether she is gonna comp it or I’ll still pay for it and was gonna ask for the menu, she talked over me and walked off in the middle of her speech. I was like ok then I’ll pay for this nasty overpriced food and walk out hungry I guess that’s their motto “our excuse to every inquiry that this is Asian food if you don’t like you still pay for it” even tho the shrimp literally stink, I didn’t take it for leftover cause it’s just bad I don’t want nobody eating it. I paid 17$ for nasty shrimp and noodles. The menu by the way very short. The place looked promising trust me I just wanted to go there and enjoy my food. Not only it took forever to be made it wasn’t even ok to eat. For app I had soup dumpling, it was ok. My partner had pho noodles, she said it’s fine but too sweet than usual pho we eat at other thousand...

Very bad first experience. Went there to eat on our vacation. The owners daughter was very rude and unprofessional. They had forgotten my husband's meal, we thought his meal was coming, but by the time everyone was done or almost done with their meal, he still hasn't gotten his. We tried to cancel only his order as everyone was already finished and the lady all of a sudden came to us asking us if we also wanted to cancel our bobas since they haven't given them to us yet, hence we didn't mention anything about canceling them but only bc he's canceling his order she decided to ask us to cancel it and just pay for what had been given to us and for us to leave, she gave us attitude and argued with us as if we were in the wrong. I would not go back there again and hopefully no else's does unless you want to be treated like a street dog. Food was not good and not even worth it. They didn't even bring out my daughter's water that we had asked for her. She was so thirsty.

My reply to the angry women. You told us to leave. We ask for the check and you told us to get out but after you notice your mistake you got crazy and try to make us the bad one. Don't blame the costumers for your mistake mam. Want free food? Don't make me laugh. We were willing to pay but you and your anger problems told us to get out all bc we wanted to cancel one order. There's no false information here only yours. I review out of experience not false. You make your restaurant look bad. Came in to place a takeout order a full hour before closing time. There were less than 10 people dining in, and most of them either already had their food or were leaving. I waited at the front counter for several minutes patiently. Eventually, 2 more couples walked in behind me. A lady finally came out of the kitchen, looked shocked to see us, and said “uh, sorry, we’re too busy. We aren’t taking any more orders”. So we all left. As I’m sitting in my car looking for somewhere else to go eat, a car pulls up and 3 people get out, walk inside, and are seated at a table by the window, where their orders were taken promptly by a waiter. It’s worth mentioning that I and the other 2 couples were all black and white. The 3 people that walked in after they thought we all left, and were immediately served, were Asian.
