Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Panama City

Not sure if it was a down day, a staff issue or some other issue, but I don't know how they can say they use only fresh ingredients, as what I seen whilst waiting for our smoothies was frozen strawberries in syrup, and other liquids being pumped into the cups which were mainly filled with ice and a scoop of powder. Disappointing experience & smoothie - the menu is deceiving as ingredients listed are fresh/healthy but after watching them create my green smoothie that was supposedly “less sweet” than others, the first ingredient added was a liquid sugar followed by powders and no actual fresh produce like the ones listed on the menu.
