I got my car, an 2013 Infiniti G37x, back in April from Alfa Automotive and was honestly very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. I’m glad everyone else who got a car from Ali had a great experience but my experience was longer than it needed to be in my opinion. I went in looking at a Infiniti G37x 2013 (pictured below) with 89,000 that he was selling for $12,900. All of his cars have a rebuilt title incase anyone doesn’t know. For some context, I previously owned a Infiniti G35x 2005 and had an Infiniti QX50 2024 as a loaner for a while, so I am very familiar with Infiniti’s and the features on their cars. One of those features is that when the car is locked, the gas door is locked too so no one can steal your gas. When I looked at the 2013 G37x, the gas door would not lock when the car was locked. When I told Ali this, he said “I don’t think that’s a feature on this car.” Which is false. Why would my 2005 G35x have this feature but not the 2013 G37x? He did not offer to fix this issue. After further inspection I had seen the car did not have its original owner’s manual in it. The stereo did not work. Anytime you’d turn the volume nob, it would stay at the lowest sound setting not producing any sound. My passenger side glovebox was broken. And to top it all off, the seatbelts in the front seats were locked. You could not use them or if you could, you would be tugging at it for 5 minutes hoping it would unlock so you could buckle up. I assumed since it’s a rebuilt title that when the airbags went off, the seatbelts locked up. But why was this never fixed or looked at? Especially before putting on the market to sell. Ali offered to fix the seatbelts and send my car to Omaha Glass Pro to get the stereo done which was nice of him to do. But if I knew how long those repairs were going to take, I would just asked for a lower price on the vehicle and taken it somewhere else. Because it took 8 WEEKS before my stereo and seatbelts were dealt with. Me and my grandpa after buying the car in full on April 28th, didn’t even get our title signed over to us at the dmv until May 17th. I’m just surprised by all the positive reviews that it took so long for me to get my stuff for the car done. My seatbelts didn’t get done til June 11th after letting Ali know multiple times beforehand that they didn’t work. And finally, my stereo did not get finished til July 10th. But that was definitely Omaha Glass Pro’s fault not entirely Ali’s. At the end of the day though, this should’ve been stuff that had already been fixed or at least looked at, told about, and had a new lower price to reflect the stuff broken with the car when I was buying it. Because again, if I knew how long it would’ve taken for the stuff to get fixed on my car, I would’ve negotiated more and taken it somewhere else to get that stuff done a lot faster, which is my fault for not doing that. When you get a car from Alfa Automotive, you have the option to warranty the car which I did. The warranty I got offered was C.A.R.S. Protection Plus. When the mass airflow sensor went out in my car and I took it to Infiniti of Omaha, it took the warranty company a whole month to approve my claim with them. After further investigation, the warranty company has 400 1 star reviews. Again, potentially my fault for not looking more into the warranty company but also, shouldn’t be offering bad warranties for rebuilt vehicles that are infamously not as reliable. On the positive notes though, Ali is very easy to talk to and helped me out at the end of the day. Very friendly guy who does genuinely seem passionate about his job and cars. My car has treated me very well! I haven’t had any issues since with my car minus the Mass Airflow Sensor but that’s a common issue. I just wish I could’ve had a faster experience with my repairs. Advice I’d give is to be very stern and careful about getting a car from Alfa Automotive. Even though my car is amazing and I love it, I shouldn’t have had to deal with the stuff wrong with my car and how long it took for my car to get done.

As a busy sports mom of 4, finding the right vehicle felt almost impossible—until I found Ali and his team at Alpha. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed: space, reliability, and something stylish enough to not feel like I was sacrificing myself in the process. They listened, asked thoughtful questions, and didn’t stop until they found the perfect SUV that fits all our gear, my kids, and my sanity! They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just making a sale. I’ve never had such a smooth, stress-free car buying experience. I can’t thank them enough for helping me feel confident and cared for throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone, especially fellow moms who need a vehicle that works as hard as they do!

I had a great experience with my sister buying a 2017 Malibu from Alfa Automotive. The Salesman was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and giving us honest advice. He was also very quick and efficient, completing the paperwork and handing over the keys in no time. He even gave my sister a dash cam as a gift! The price was very affordable in this economy, and the car works great. I got it checked out by a trusted mechanic and everything came up good. This was the first salesman that I've seen as honest and blunt, not trying to push me into anything I didn't want or need. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family, and I will go back to him if I ever need a car myself.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Alfa Automotive. As someone who values quality and reliability, I expected much more from this establishment. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from enduring the same ordeal.

I ordered a car from Alfa Automotive back in February, with the expectation that it would be ready in a timely manner. However, it took over four months to receive the vehicle, during which I was given excuse after excuse about "issues" that needed to be fixed. When the car finally arrived, it was in terrible condition. Not only was it riddled with at least 14+ issue codes, but it was clear that the necessary repairs had not been made.

To make matters worse, I was overcharged for these so-called repairs, which totaled over $10,000. I don't even have a valid receipt to understand why it cost so much. The lack of transparency is astounding. After the purchase, I tried to get the plates to drive my car and fix it myself, but suddenly, the worker and even the dealer acted like they didn’t know me. This was extremely frustrating as we had been in constant communication every single day while I was waiting for my car.

The lack of professionalism and outright neglect I experienced is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Alfa Automotive to steer clear. Do not visit or make any purchases from this company. Save yourself the headache and financial loss – there are far better, more reputable places...

I literally went to so manny dealerships I tried almost all and I was kinda giving up frustrated and disappointed! I finally found some cars I liked at a couple other places and I was about to pull the trigger and go with one of those cars but luckily I decided to just wait a bit longer even tho I needed a car asap… I then found the same car online at Alfa and decided to give them a try before making a decision and after visiting almost all dealerships here in Omaha it made it very easy for me to go through Alfa automotive the staff and Ali were very welcoming, nice, informative and helpful! Much different initial experience then my experience with all other spots. Ali and his staff did not make me feel pressured and answered all my questions and were very transparent didn’t feel like they were sketchy or just trying to make another sale. Finally the car! Someone actually got to the car that I saw posted online before me and made the purchase so I was very bummed out and Ali realized I really wanted that car and wasn’t gonna settle for less so he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and got ahold of the same car but with the color I actually preferred and could not find myself and an even better interior! The best part is not only was it much better over all but the price was just right much better deal than I could have hoped for! Ali really came through 😎 and is something that is rare to come by given a lot of my family and friends experience when...
