I needed my car towed from my daughter’s dance studio on 45th & Bedford to my house in Millard last night because it wouldn’t start. Another parent gave us a ride home so on the way I called Quality. They told me they would need my keys so I was trying to make arrangements to get back down there to meet them. They called back and said a driver was already in my neighborhood so he would just come grab my keys that way I could enjoy the rest of my evening. I was so appreciative. That took a ton of stress off my plate. They did as promised and picked up my keys and got my car back to my house. They were also very fast about it.

Fast forward to today, I had to call them again to get my car towed to the mechanic. I didn’t have that lined up last night. The same driver, Hunter came today. He was putting my Caron the truck and it started. Hunter asked if I just wanted to drive it down to the mechanic. I asked what the charge would be for their time for showing up for the tow. Quality decided not to charge me today!

Was having trouble with my vehicle and needed to get it towed into the dealership. I was waiting for my roadside assistance from insurance to go through, but after waiting for so long - I went ahead and gave quality auto a call and they were incredibly friendly and fast. Ernesto came to tow my vehicle and he is hands down the nicest person I’ve ever met! He was so incredibly gentle with the car and showed me everything he was doing, while alap educating me. Definitely learned a lot of new things about towing vehicles. When we got to the dealership, he made sure to test the battery himself - to see if that were the problem, so to save me from having to spend a lot at the dealership. When we figured out the problem was the battery, he made sure that the guys at the dealership were going to take care of me and gave me some pointers on what to look out for.
