Cici at Loft was so helpful and cheerful! She was absolutely a pleasure to work with. We had a great conversation even though it was Black Friday and I am sure it had been a stressful day for all the associates. Never have I ever had a bad experience at this Loft location...funny how some reviews are from men when this store is for women?!? Understanding some men do still actually gift shop for significant other/mom. I’d caution anyone who sees a rating from someone who does not shop at stores like this regularly to base opinion.
