T.J. Maxx — Local services in Papillion

The store was fairly clean and there was a wonderful lady that I saw trying to keep it that way. She even went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. However, after I tried something on and I decided to buy it, I noticed there was stains on the bottom of it. We decided to ask if we could get a discount as we were unsure if the stains could be removed. The cashier was not able to give a discount so she called someone who could. This was Nichole. Nichole was rude, didn't even bother to look at it and gave a ten percent discount. Nichole should not be giving discounts as her math was off. Furthermore, she didn't care what the problem was. She didn't even bother looking. She said I'll give you ten percent off. She then said we could return it if after washing it as long as we did not remove the tags. Oh yes, let me wash something with the tags on and see if the tags stay on. The store would be much better without her. Get someone else that is empathetic, listens and can at least do math. I pulled my calculator out on my phone and that took me two seconds. She could do the same. As someone that is also a retail worker, I am usually empathetic. However, Nichole did not deserve patience or kindness. She may spell it as Nicole as well. Her lack of customer service made it very hard to see her name tag or even if she had one on. Actually, the store is very clean and organized well. No mind some of those negative Nancy's here. Some legit but some...click their names and see all their reviews. One particular complained and said she would be returning the things she purchased and the cashier complained about 7 min into her break. But as I seen, just about every review she has left has been nasty 1 & 2 star reviews some with crude remarks. 🙄 The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Cashiers, not so friendly, just want to get you out the door. Racism? Idk about because I'm fortunate to not experience that to much (yes white folk get slammed with racism too by one's who claim they hate racism). But the store has good prices, always different stuff coming in. My only sad part is, not much for long leg skinny people. I struggle at many stores in person to find jeans/ pants in 34" inseam. So it's not just this store, it's everywhere. But nice and clean makes me very very happy and tha5s how this...

The coordinator at this store is very racist. Im Asian and i shopped at this location all the time. Last week, i went shopping at the Papillon store and this rude woman, the supervisor, was treating me like i came there to steal the merchandise. I bought over $120 worth of merchandise and she asked me to show my ID and asked me if I have the money in my account to pay for it. Did she do this to every customet? OMG, i have never felt more insulted. I felt so embarrassed. If my parents didn't teach me manner, i would have created a big scene. Honestly, Im probably a thousand times richer than her. Just because I'm Asian doesn't mean I'm poor, a thief or a cheat. This HATE got to stop. We should not tolerate hates in America. I will never go shop at this Tjmaxx again. And please, if you dont support racism, stop shopping...
