Sip Cha — Restaurant in Papillion

Went on a slow Monday afternoon, was excited to try. The drink itself was great. My friend and I got the strawberry and mango tea with boba. However, the service was not good at all. The girl up front did not greet us, and was not knowledgeable of the menu. They were out of some items that we originally wanted. We waited about 20 minutes for our two drinks and there were two other people in the store. The other lady behind the counter, I’m not sure if she was a lead or manager, but was very rude in the way she spoke to her customers and employees. She was not helpful. She answered questions rudely and talked with a lot of attitude and disdain. I was excited about having boba in Papillion, but customer service is very important and there was a huge lack of it. While the drinks themselves were very tasty, it does not make up for the lack of professionalism and customer service. They need to have employees who are knowledgeable, respectful, and welcoming. I went on Monday around 3 and wanted to order 2 rolled icecreams, the worker sighed loudly stopped and stared at me with a rude expression for a good minute before starting to make it. She took 20 minutes to make 2. After waiting 10 minutes for the first one, i whispered to my friend that maybe we should have just ordered 1 to share since we were on a time crunch, and my friend said that after i said that the worker was glaring at me for a long time. She heard we were in a rush to get to work so she took even longer on purpose. Mind you there was no other customers in the store and they were completely dead, and me and my friend were being nothing but kind. Opening Day wait was worth it!!! The wait was expected as it was a grand opening, but drinks were discounted! My sister and I got the Strawberry Milk Tea (has tapioca pearls and strawberry jelly) and the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk (tapioca pearls). We liked both but ended up trading drinks because she liked mine more! She insisted on going back soon, (she's picky so that's a HUGE win!!) One of the gals working walked around and apologized to people for how long the wait was, so props to her! Not many people realize how long it takes to make boba fresh, especially when workers are getting slammed with people. Nothing can prepare you for that much business all at once! The employees were all doing their best and looked very happy too. I hope this place sticks around for awhile!!...
