Amazing staff, you've got to check them out if you're in need of Doggie Daycare. They make you feel welcome immediately and like part of the family. The level of thought and care they put into welcome packets, daycare rooms, boarding options, spa tools, staff training, even providing their own day-use collars for safety and free webcams in the rooms. I could go on but it's clear from the tour and the Meet & Greet that their top priority is providing a safe and enriching environment for all our fur babies. I can't speak to any other Dogtopia, but after the Open House and Day 1 at the Shadow Lake location, all I need to know is that my dog is snoring peacefully beside me, smells clean, and came away from a full day even more excited than when he started! Shelby is absolutely crushing it as the Pet Parent Relationship Manager, even sent me some texts throughout the day of exciting news, and had the nicest things to say about Jax. My dog absolutely loved his previous daycare before we moved to NE but didn't fit in immediately with a different daycare business in the local area - he doesn't get along with everyone and I know he needs to feel that "vibe" of true dog lovers. He passed his Meet & Greet in minutes with top scores and I KNEW he found his new tribe here, both 2-legged and 4-legged! Dogtopia of Papillion in shadow Lake Is a breath of fresh air. I’ve taken my dog Oreo to many daycare’s but the service that I am getting through Dogtopia is awesome. One of the things that I like about this facility is we take food for our dog Who has allergies and needs grain free food. Daily. Dogtopia saves the food that Oreo doesn’t consume rather than throwing it away which other facilities have done. This food gets reused for his next visit. Dogtopia makes this experience a great one because they treat my dog as a member of the family and communicate once in a while throughout the day and or send pictures so that I can see how he is doing. Our experience at the new Dogtopia location has been amazing. The staff has been very attentive and genuinely passionate about their jobs. You can tell the staff has really taken pride in opening this new facility(as they should!) They all asked questions and got to know our dog during his meet and greet while showing me the facility. It's a beautiful facility (very clean) and there are safety measures in place that I would have never even thought of. Plus, it smells fresh which means our dog leaves smelling fresh! They are brand new so the play areas are less crowded which gives more space to allow our dog to play with his friends. We have always loved the Dogtopia franchise so it's exciting to see...
