When I took my Brother machine into this shop, it was in 100+ pieces—courtesy of Millard Sewing Center. I was interested in buying a new machine from here, but every time I asked for financing options, I was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. I called and left voicemails (because their phone is rarely answered by a live person) but my calls weren’t returned. Four months later, when I went back to pick up my reassembled machine, I was told the needle threader wasn’t working. The repair technician said he knew the needle threader wasn’t working, but he didn’t think I’d mind because “most women say they don’t use it, anyway.” I then asked him to order a new needle threader for me—and call me when he had one. He didn’t call and didn’t return my phone calls. More than a month later, I took it to an authorized Brother dealer out of town—and was told the camera hadn’t been hooked back up, pieces were missing from inside the machine, and the reason the needle threader was missing the eye of the needle was because another part wasn’t installed correctly—and had to be ordered and replaced. If you’re into HTV classes and ordering HTV supplies, this shop might be a great choice; however, if you need your Brother repaired or you want to buy a new Brother machine, do not go here. MJ Supply is THE BEST! I had originally ordered 100 stickers 4 days before my event, they were able to execute quickly and were such a pleasure to work with! Come the night before my event, I realized I needed 500 more stickers. Not only did they do them within 12 hours, but they did it will the best customer service possible. Used MJ supply for the first time as I needed some screen printed transfer files made and printed ASAP. Jenny was great responding to me on her day off, answering my questions (cuz I had no idea what I was doing!) and was super helpful when I stopped in to have her discuss the process in more detail.
