The lady at the cashier Zulie I think was her name an older lady was really , I mean really rude, the store manager was there and heard her and came to apologize when she disrespected me and my friend that came from another country to visit, he ended up leaving everything he had chosen to purchase just because of her rudeness, never will I ever take any friends or family that comes to visit to that store, she seamed tired and confused and should just retire, she shouldn’t be working in a store where it’s full of tourist, no customer service etiquette...

I stay close to this strip location, 2 to 3 months a year and find myself regularly shopping at your miracle miles shops, particularly the one outside of the South entrance of PH. The staff are always so nice and the prices are reasonable, especially for a staple such as water. I do appreciate that. I really appreciate your stores in the Mall. If i could rate 0 stars, I would. Could not shop in peace without being followed by security. Security was called by worker. Female worker offered me a basket and stated “3 for 10” in headseat. I asked her what. My dad brought the items. If it was up to me, I wouldn’t have. Security came & stated “I did not mean to offend you”. Please review camera footage starting at 5 pm.
