I visited Kay Jewelers last week and was dismayed by the conflicting information provided by their staff. On Tuesday, a woman informed me that my ring had 2 missing diamonds, advising me to go to Jared for replacements. However, upon consulting Jared, I discovered no missing diamonds.

This misinformation, coupled with the revelation that, if needed, Kay could have facilitated the repair and shipped my ring back, left me frustrated. Additionally, I was initially told the wait time was 30 minutes, but once I expressed my willingness to wait, someone saw me right away. This inconsistency made me feel like they were trying to sway me to leave and go back to my Jared at home. I felt dismissed and swindled, possibly because they were not set to make any money from me.
