NOT KID FRIENDLY - OR FRIENDLY AT ALL. We visited the area in June 2023 and we stayed for a week for a family members baby shower. I had my 14 month old with me and we stopped to eat here.

The waitress was SUPER NICE and was extremely understanding. We wanted to look at the yummy desserts up front so I pulled the high chair over to the front with me so my daughter could look with me. The chair left a line on the floor and basically a trail from our table to the front which I noticed and lifted the chair up more and it was no longer leaving a line. A waiter came up as we were on our way back and pointed it out to me and I said yes I know I’m sorry.

He ran to the back and got a manager and the manager comes out to our table aggressively as he’s pulling out a notepad as if he is going to write me a bill/ticket and says “so I heard you ruined our floors” NOTE: yes I did leave a line on the floor, however if you look at the floor under every chair in the restaurant there are scuff marks, it wasn’t as if this 1 line was the ONLY mark on the floor.

I replied to the manager yes and explained to him I pulled the high chair over and it left a mark from dragging on the floor. At this time the waiter who pointed it out comes over and proceeds to tell me “we just paid $60k to get the floors done” like okay? If you’re looking to get 60k from me for a line that’s not happening, I’m sure your insurance will cover it. I’m explaining to the manager there are literally scuffs ALL OVER THE FLOOR but they both continue coming at me pressing the issue until I just said we’re leaving, i have never had such an aggressive exchange from a restaurant and felt as this point I was just being harassed for moving a high chair. I cancelled our order and before I left took my napkin and wiped the line up from the floor- it was literally not even a scuff! It came right up with the wipe of a napkin! I got on my knees and wiped up the whole line as another employee is telling me “ma’am, don’t worry we can clean that up you can get up” but I continued and cleaned the entire line because I was literally just harassed about a line and how I ruined a $60k floor. The original waiter and manager are no where to be seen- I hope they see the floor is back to “perfect” with all the other scuffs but no line, thank goodness!

We like staying at hotels that have food in the hotel we can get while we are staying there but planet Hollywood is a hotel I’ll never stay at again, cafe Hollywood is absolutely terrible. I’ve never felt so harassed in my entire life. Compliments to the nice waitress though who kept apologizing and said she understands for us...

This place looked amazing inside Planet Hollywood on the casino floor, so I thought of trying the food. It seemed like a high-end restaurant with a hollowed setup, featuring photos and a blue-themed ambiance, which I loved.

I decided to order the Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine. When they first brought it to me, it was not too hot, and the plate wasn’t hot either. While I can adjust to that, the real issue was that the dish was extremely salty. I tried to manage, but it was just too much, so I couldn’t eat it. I asked the server why it was so salty, and he said he would check with the chef. When he returned, he offered to replace the dish, and I decided not to take another chance.

Since I was staying at Planet Hollywood, I wanted to explore their food options. I asked The server to me suggest me something then the server suggested me the shrimp with spaghetti squash, so I went with that. When the dish arrived, I was surprised to see that there was no actual spaghetti just spaghetti squash. Usually, when I order shrimp with spaghetti squash elsewhere, it comes with spaghetti, lemon pepper, and a great flavor. I asked the server about it, and he clarified that the squash itself was the “spaghetti.”

I didn’t like the dish much, so I just ate the shrimp and left. Before leaving, I spoke with the manager and explained my concerns. She offered me a 10% discount, but I told her that I wasn’t looking for a discount I just wanted to share my feedback. As a foodie, I love trying different places and enjoying new experiences, but for the first time, I was truly disappointed with the food here. I had high expectations for this restaurant, but it didn’t...

A few weeks back we had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Specifically, with our waiter, with Mr. Joe.

He was extremely rude. The rest of the staff was nice and tried to made up for this awful experience.

The server was mad because part of our party ordered their meal to go as they were leaving early and wanted to have their dinner in their room.

He even complained when more people of our party arrived - terrible attitude. Worth noting that the place was not busy as this was at night, there were 3 or 4 more tables, and other servers attending those tables.

We asked the manager for a different waiter to serve us. She agreed, she was helpful and nice, we got another server. When Mr. Joe noticed this, he arrived at our tables, trying to excuse himself to the manager, we asked the manager that we preferred to have another waiter as Mr Joe was rude, and the other waiter was polite, that’s when things with Mr. Joe reached the limit, as we started complaining about the service and he yelled at us to leave if we did not like his service.

I have to say that the rest of the staff was nice, they were sorry for the experience. Nevertheless, this is the worst experience we ever had in Vegas. Hopefully management can take some action.

Can’t say anything about the food as we did not try it. Decor and ambiance is good. The place is open up until late which is also good. Good location as is the next to the casino of the...

In general: The food and service were just okay, especially for the high price of food and parking and time walking through the mall and casino to get there. It's more expensive than it used to be, not closed off to the casino like it used to be, and no longer free parking either, all the reasons we actually picked the Cafe in the first place, so we were disappointed on multiple counts. We were there for a late lunch, so it wasn't super busy with plenty of staff around, but it was slow service. The chairs were a little weird for a dining setting and a bit uncomfortable by the end of the meal. Plenty of celebrity photos decorating the place with some videos, though we missed the memorabilia and things that also used to be there to look at. Pretty much just pictures now. The dishes: The beef in the Kung Pao Combo was really good, but too many peppers, and the chicken was dry. The Croissant French Toast was good but a little soggy. The Fried Rice was decent, nice grilled flavor with lots of meat and fried egg, though the chicken and pork were also a little dry. The BBQ Burger was good, but not enough for how expensive it was. The Apple Pie Shake looked fun but was just okay, especially considering it was a specialty. The pie was a little plain, and the shake was basically just vanilla. The chocolate shake, however, was perfect! Creamy and chocolatey, not just chocolate syrup to make vanilla ice cream taste like chocolate. Very yummy!
