Well we had one heck of an experience went in put $80 of my 8-year-old and 13-year-old granddaughter's money on cards They were in the middle of playing their very first game when the manager walked up to us and said everyone needed to leave the arcade because the Wi-Fi was down. We asked what about our $80 that we just spent and we were told too bad so sad..... Seriously no refund no nothing We reached out to Caesar's entertainment spent an hour and a half on the phone with them to be told if that's the arcades policy then that's the policy so basically avoid Caesar's entertainment all together They will actually take the Christmas money out of your children's pocket and it doesn't matter how many people you talk to they don't care they don't want to hear it and they are willing to lose customers over it. Seems quite silly to me but that is exactly what happened We are done with Caesars!!!!! We intend to tell everybody we know and yes I am going to make an issue out over this after the way I was treated by the folks at Caesars The largest gaming company in the world will steal money from children!!!! That's a headline everyone needs to hear...

Great selection of games and well maintained, and average pricing. Most games are about $1.50 with some of the more expensive experience games being $8-$10.

Big ding is because the prizes are probably the worst out of any arcade in Vegas. If you hit a jackpot here, you basically can get any item you want. That’s not to say you win a bunch of tickets but rather that the prizes are all a bunch of cheap toys. There’s no incentive to save tickets at all so I can’t imagine they have many...

Great arcade with all brand new games! I believe the arcade only recently opened in 2022 so all the games were really new and upgraded. Great selections of classic arcade games available. We had a fantastic couple of hours here. Credits are about $1 for 10 credits. The more credits you buy the more bonus credits there are. Most games are around 15-25 credits per play depending on quality and length of game. Highly recommend for kids to come and enjoy...
