As 3 stars means "it's okay". Meaning what's it means, this poker room isn't the best in Las Vegas for sure. Floor is busy but don't seems to care, dealers are mostly old and bad, except for a few ones who are super good and friendly. The dealers with white shirts are trained for the WSOP circuit and the ones with black polos are the year long employees. They run $75 tournaments 6 times a day, but the rake is 30%+. Cash games are usually 2 tables of 3/6$ limit and 3 tables of 1/3$ no limit Holdem. It will change during the WSOP this summer

The new Horseshoe Poker Room is now open. Previously Bally's, The Horseshoe is the new home of the WSOP. They typically have a few tables each of 4/8 limit, 1/3 and 2/3 no limit and then fill the room of about 20 tables as the day unfolds. They also have a tournament schedule. When a WSOP circuit event is being held, it spills out onto the casino floor or the convention area. The waits are usually pretty short and Caesars Diamond players go to the top of the list. Overall a very nice room.

Although Ballys is still in transition to becoming the Horseshoe the poker room transformation is complete and it is amazing. There is new decor, podium, table, chairs and chips. They still have the same excellent floor and dealers and offer double coms for all games bigger than 1/3. The room could definitely be expanded during the WSOP as the lists have been huge.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service in the Poker Room at the Horseshoe. The cocktail waitresses are incredibly rude and seem to lack basic customer service skills. Going to Las Vegas, gambling, and enjoying complimentary drinks has always been part of the fun and excitement—something my husband and I have looked forward to for decades. Unfortunately, the experience at this poker room has fallen far below expectations.

The waitresses come around to take drink orders once every two hours, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refuse to serve me when I’m seated behind my husband, waiting for my turn at the table. This has never been an issue in any other poker room in Las Vegas.

It’s clear that the Horseshoe Poker Room does not value its customers. A small gesture like providing a complimentary drink while gambling goes a long way in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience—something this poker room desperately lacks.

After over two decades of visiting poker rooms across Las Vegas, this is the first time I’ve felt so disrespected and unwelcome. A little appreciation for customers could go a long way in improving the atmosphere and, in turn, their business. Sadly, it seems the Horseshoe Poker Room has lost sight of what makes...

Just left after an 8 hr session. Great room. Dealer and staff are friendly and helpful. Even to the noobs who ask to "color out "and the.floor says to keep the black chips in the room and then he walks right out. They have low buy in tournaments during the day that get an average of 30-45 players. Overall the vibe is a friendly home game with no pressure. The action doesn't get to crazy unless you want it to. If your a first timer or intermediate non pro coming playing poker and just want a fun time....horseshoe is a great room to blow some cash. Be sure to have your players card ready so you earn comps. The rake is 6max+2 for the high hand jackpot which hit very regularly. I scored a high hand jackpot on my very first hand when I sat down and didn't realize until the table told me. Drinks are free in the room and I would say I saw a server about once an hour or so....at least covering our table I'm flying back in 3 weeks...can't wait to play again. If I had any type of complaint....I would say I would like a little longer time between dealer rotations. But they rotate pretty quickly and don't hold the game up that long. They earned all the tips I happily gave them. Side note...the room is a little on the warm side....so no need for...

I don't know what it is, but there's something special about this little poker room in this meh casino that really works for me. It's absolutely the best of the second-tier poker rooms on the strip.

The staff here is outstanding. Great dealers, attentive floor staff, everyone there is top notch. The players are fun and mostly recreational, so it makes for soft games, but the rake and jackpot drop are quite high compared to the top tier rooms. Which particularly sucks because Caesars doesn't seem to want to spend money on the room.

The bathroom is easy to get to and right next to the room, there's a little cafe next door as well. On Sundays they might get a $5 PLO5 bomb pot game going so that's sweet when it happens. It's a reliable spot to find a quick game to jump in to and have some fun, and probably not have to worry about someone at your table making a living off of it.

During the WSOP however there is so much action and random people popping in that it's a great room to stick around for a day. I know I'll stay here next summer and take advantage of that, even with...
