Scamming seems to be the directive in this place, for anyone wondering. The customer support seemed great, they greeted me from the get-go and offered to help and look. I asked for Airpods Pro 2nd Gen, and they took one off the shelf and told me they had lots. Sketchy though, as if they were hyper-excited to sell a product. I sat down at the food courts and opened the box. I had to leave in about an hour so I set everything up quickly. It seemed good for the moment (as everything was operating and I was trying to get the features up) but after I sat down at the airport and tried using them, they didn’t seem to work. Here’s a rundown of the issues: * Noise Cancellation nor Transparency does NOT work * They are the Airpod Pros 1st Gen (probably knock-offs) * They come with different ear-fittings EVEN THOUGH the first gens aren’t suppose to come with those (you cannot switch them apart) * The fall apart real easy * The extra ear tips were dirty The target is people coming in for a quick buy. Don’t fall for it. Theres an apple store in Caesars Palace and various other reputable tech store on the strip, overall terrible experience.

The entrance to the Hi Tech Room gives off the feeling that you'll see something new. With two huge transformers looking statues to try and draw people in. But when you go inside, it's nothing you haven't seen before. Most of the products look generic, like you could open up Amazon and immediately find them. They offer a message on a massaging chair for a price, but it doesn't look all that different from any other massaging chair. It felt like a waste of time going in there, I wouldn't recommend it.

Huge shoutout to the sales rep here who guided me to the perfect TV projector and massage chair. His expertise was clear he knew every spec and feature inside and out. No pushy sales pitch, just solid advice. I'm damn enjoying both products! The projector feels like a real home theater and the massage chair is worth every penny after a long day. This is how every electronics store should be. Will definitely be back for my next gadget fix.

I want to give 0 but i can’t, Sonya a employee sold me some airpods saying they were the gen 2 and with the best noise cancellation i bought it and i was very excited to try them i didn’t waited and i opened them immediately when i opened them i didn’t just saw the generation 1 but after analyzing they were even fake i came back and talked to Sonya and she was denying everything until i called my brother who helped me and she accepted that they were fake and the generation 1 but she said no refunds and then my parents came and she said i can’t refund but my manager can and we went back to the store 2 days later and there was a guy and a women and we told them everything that happened before and they didn’t wanted to do nothing but the lady did called the manager and she was the only one who helped and i got a refund so be careful with the store they scam people who just go visiting las vegas so be careful someone should talk to the mgm grand manager or something to close that store that scams everyone (they refund me but i’m still missing 20 dollars that i paid in cash) and another thing to add the lady named sonya we asked for her name in a piece of paper and she said she was silvia to come out clean but then they told us her...

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and high-quality product I received during my recent visit in this store. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the level of attention and assistance I received from the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Not only did they provide me with expert advice and guidance, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect product to suit my needs. I was particularly impressed with the wide range of options available, as well as the competitive prices and great deals on offer.

Furthermore, the product I purchased (Headphones) has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and performance . It is clear that the store places a great emphasis on offering only the best products available on the market, and I am truly grateful for this.

Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the store, and I would like to extend my thanks to Shai for his exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will certainly be recommending this store to my friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the November as I will be in town for F1 race ,...
