Don't waste your time or money. My husband and I came for 90 minutes couples reflexology today. I fell asleep during my session at some point. I woke up at some point into my massage and noticed my reflexologist was gone. I moved around to draw attention to the fact that I was awake, and after a couple of minutes, the woman who was working on my husband went and got the man who had been working on me previously. He didn't say anything, just started up again. He left at least three more times during my session without saying anything. I thought perhaps he would extend my session to make up for the lost time, however, both sessions ended at the same time. My husband told me his was the worst he's ever had and then when he's requested she'd go harder, she ignored him and only worked the same spot on his foot for the entire time. After he paid the $120 for both sessions, the man had asked for tips. My husband said he will tip the man, but not his therapist because it was terrible. I then piped up and said mine was good, but he kept disappearing. My husband showed him a photo of him massaging my while he was on his phone. The man got mad. I wish I could give this place a big ZERO. Me and my mother have never been here before. We were grieving the loss a family member. The staff did not know this but they didn't have to. We wanted reflexology to relax before our flights out of town.

My mother has a great masseuse by the name of lee. I on the other hand had my feet and partial leg lotioned for an hour. I asked for pressure ....no pressure given.

We finish up and I pay for services which were 20. No tip included. They asked why no tips and I said why I wasn't giving her a tip.

The gentleman behind the counter reached over the counter in an aggressive manner and told me I'm not allowed to come back and I said I wasn't planning on it. My mother paid and ask to put a $5 tip on her card and she was told the minimum tip is only $10 and up. As if?

This business is extremely rude to their customers and I absolutely did not have a great experience. I usually tip very well but in this instance I was dissatisfied as a customer.

The place is really nice, but they robbed you with the tip. My mom & I just went there today for a foot massage. When the paying time comes, I gave $14 for tips for both which should be a decent tips. But the lady says it's not enough for an hour. I don't want to embarrass them & bicthed the employee so I gave 20 for tips for both. This really pisses me off. I've been into 2 different spa but they do the same thing for tipping. I was thinking, is that the tipping requirement to tip 50% for the job they do.. I'm pretty sure they underpaying the employee that's why they rob the costumers for tipping.
