702 Housing - Las Vegas Corporate Housing — Hotel in Paradise

In June 2022, I relocated from Florida to Henderson, Nevada. Was originally going to stay at the Holiday Inn Express-HIE, but within a day of being there, my car was broken into on hotel grounds and suitcases stolen. I no longer felt safe and was anxious during my entire stay. Hotel Management did nothing to alleviate my anxiety or try to make the situation better. I was desperately searching for a month to month furnished housing and found the 702 Housing website. I submitted an application but did not meet the timeline for processing. I sent an email and Sam (I think he's the manager) from 702 Housing contacted me almost immediately on a Saturday. He offered to expedite my application to try to relocate me over the weekend. Never mind that he had a commitment that he needed to get to. I did not want to impose and we agreed that a housing coordinator would contact me Monday AM. True to his word, on Monday, Michael, 702 Housing Coordinator contacted me early Monday AM and started the paperwork process. Bottom line, I was out of HIE within a day and was in a gated community! Michael Yee, 702 Housing Coordinator assisted me every step of the way and was very customer service oriented and went above and beyond to assist. The apartment was fully furnished, had basic kitchen items for those wishing to prepare meals and washers and dryers in the units. For those future visitors requiring a month to month residence, I would highly recommend that you consider 702 Housing for future stays! I will not hesitate to contract with them should I need to...

5 stars for the professionalism, Michael the manager is beyond amazing. I was in a tight spot driving from Virginia to Las Vegas for work. Michael was beyond on top of his A game and ensured I got into the apartment after 5 pm. 1 star was taken off due to cost as I looked around most STRs in the area do not charge those expensive administrative and cleaning fees. only reason I left because I found a beautiful 3 bedroom $500 cheaper in an absolute nicer area although 702 Housing is also in a nice and safe area but congested area..I did not touch the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, the dining area or living room area because the TV remotes did not work (those rooms doors were closed the entire month I was there). So they only had to clean my main bedroom and main bathroom so I felt my cleaning fee should have only been half price. Also 1 star taken because The maintenance man also broke an expensive jar of my skin cream when he was fixing the plumbing in main bathroom, I notified them and no compensation. I would definitely rent from them again if the cleaning fee and administrative fees were not there because the condo is worth the price (maybe a little cheaper). We are currently spending our second winter here rather than at our home in the cold northeast. You will not find a quieter, more secure, nor better located community in Las Vegas. If you do please let me know so I can check it out! The grounds are immaculate and the units are exactly what you see in the pictures. You are less than 4 minutes from the center of the Las Vegas Strip (with green lights) (Las Vegas Boulevard & Flamingo) and going west just minutes away from shopping, post office, bank etc. etc. etc. One monthly check pays for everything, no BS and no hassle. Last year there was a minor leak with our kitchen plumbing (non-emergency) and it was repaired within hours. No problems at all this year and we've been here since early December, it's now 2/3 the way...
