I was just at the spa yesterday. It is about 1/3 the size of spas that are the same price. It doesn't have a private pool, cold plunge, or meditation room and no other lounge area (other than the co-ed lounge area). I would have been OK with that, except for a few other details that detracted from the experience. I had trouble turning the showers on in two of the three showers. The staff was helpful in assisting me, yet it was not obvious that you have to pull the handles out to turn on or which handle did what. One shower wouldn't turn on no matter how many times I tried to push in and pull out the handles. One also sprayed water out front the top of the hose so I couldn't use the handheld wand without getting sprayed in the head at the same time. Another odd feature was the "hot tub" was not very hot and actually the nozzles don't jet out toward your back with much pressure, they mostly just bubble up the sides of the tub. It was OK and I enjoyed the cooler "hot" tub as a mini-float pool with the jets off when no one else was in there. I liked how the bubbles from the lower jets tickled my skin. The dry sauna had nice head rests in it, which made reclining more comfortable. The wet sauna was tricky also. You have to start it by pushing the start button on an ipad-like console on the wall. I adjusted the heat in there to get it to turn on and the staff came in and turned the heat down saying I can only have it at 111 degrees (I had turned it to 114) So that was interesting. Also, there was a cool water handheld wand in there....yet, that too wasn't working. I turned it on (I assume) because water started coming out - but it was a trickle so IDK if there is some strange way to get that to work better like the showers? No instructions either way. My massage with Nicole was very good though! I had the Aromatherapy. She does a thorough job and will work on areas that you request. SO - If you are ok with tiny spaces, this spa will be fine. No windows and no outdoor private pool (unless you want to go to the large community pool next door). It would be fine to stop in if you are staying at the hotel, but not worth it if you are a local looking for a full day of relaxation. Better to try places like the JW Marriot or Red Rock Spa which are the same price, but you get a lot more amenities...
Read moreWe came as three girlfriends for Swedish massages and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, for this level of service at this price--it's unbelievable.
The jacuzzi was out of service during our visit, but if it's as good as everything else here, I can only imagine it's pure paradise when running. The sauna and steam room were spotless, with a refreshing eucalyptus mist. The relaxation room offered delicious tea, tasty snacks, and super comfortable lounge beds.
The service was perfect from start to finish. The front desk host was so kind and attentive--helping us with everything. I especially remember the iced face towels: we took some before the steam, and within minutes after returning, they had already been refilled fresh and cold.
The showers and getting-ready area are stocked with everything you could possibly need--shaving cream, hair ties, and all the little hygiene items you might forget. Robes were luxuriously soft, and the sheets on the massage tables felt heavenly.
Now, the massage itself deserves its own praise. My therapist was Mercedes, and my friends raved just as much about theirs. They were polite, caring, and attentive. My massage was soft and gentle yet deeply relaxing and toning. Mercedes even took special care with my head massage--such a treat! The adjustable massage chair made every position perfectly comfortable. I was so relaxed that after the massage, I had a moment of forgetting where I was... then remembered, I'm in Vegas, and I just had the most amazing massage ever.
Highly recommend this spa for anyone wanting to truly unwind and...

What was supposed to be a relaxing birthday turned into a loud, disorganized mess. The spa was under a nonstop fire alarm for hours — flashing lights, automated warnings, and no resolution. Staff acted like it was normal. No apology, no warning, just chaos.
The jacuzzi was broken, which no one bothered to mention in advance despite multiple calls. We were later told it had been out of service due to a lawsuit — and yet it’s still advertised. Deceptive, plain and simple.
My massage therapist showed up with a cast on her hand, and I had to wait for someone else to take over. No prep, no consultation, and of course, my service time was cut short.
Then came the deceptive upcharges — I confirmed a basic service beforehand, only to be silently bumped into a more expensive one without consent. On top of that, automatic gratuities were still tacked on despite the poor service and disrupted environment.
When I brought this to the attention of the so-called supervisor, Danielle, she was dismissive, distracted, and disrespectful — on her phone while I explained everything. No accountability, no professionalism.
I had to escalate to hotel management just to get the bare minimum addressed. Even then, it felt like pulling teeth.
This place thrives on confusion, upselling, and apathy. Do yourself a favor and go...
