Little Italy Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

The place was mostly empty when we came in. For a mini mall, they have a rather large dine-in area that is about two average stores wide; plenty of seating. Only one TV on the wall, and it was showing football previews, even though our Raiders were playing live at the time! We were given flimsy single layer paper plates to dine in. The pizza pan was served directly on the table, with no riser, taking up the most of the space on the table. No drinking fountain available, just cans and bottles. No ice available for dine in drinks; although we did get small plastic cups to pour our 2 liter drink into. The decor was very simple, kind of boring. Service was just okay at best. The pizza dough didn't seem to have any flavor. Speaking of, there was almost no flavor to the sauce, probably because there was hardly any sauce at all. The pepperoni was almost fake in nature, with nearly no spice at all. Speaking of no spice, put the sausage in that category as well. The cheese was just okay. The entire pizza was missing ... I don't know ... flavor? There wasn't any garlic or oregano or spices of any kind in any of the ingredients, and if there were, it wasn't very noticeable. Overall, this pizza is not worth going back for. Far too many places around here have much better pizza. If it was this bad served to us fresh in their own dining room, I couldn't even imagine how bad it would be by the time it got to me on a delivery. No...

I ordered a cheese and pepperoni halal pizza. I’m here visiting in Vegas and needed to find something quick for my family to eat. Upon walking in the establishment it smelt really bad as if the building is old and has really bad plumbing issues. None the less, since my family are not pork eaters and we are huge halal meat eaters we proceeded to order because Halal was limited in the area we’re in.

We ordered the pizza combo it came with a 2 liter drink the drink that we wanted wasn’t available; I had to ask for a substitution for can drinks and was only offered 3 when I had a party of 4. That wasn’t such a big deal but I feel like I should have been accommodated. When the pizza was finished my husband and myself proceeded to eat the pepperoni Halal pizza and we couldn’t even finish consuming the slice! The meat tasted spoiled! It tasted as if the meat wasn’t stored correctly in the cooler.

I immediately went back in the restaurant and told the worker and he stood there and told me that he wasn’t giving me a refund or accommodating any needs because the Halal meat wasn’t spoiled and that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I asked for another cheese pizza and the worker was very persistent on not fixing the issue. We are Halal meat eaters and we know what it taste and smells Like and he proceeded to tell us that nothing was wrong with the meat when I can clearly taste that it was spoiled!! I would...

I usually don't do any reviews unless it's extremely good experience or very bad one. First, we called for take-away and the person who took our order said 10 minutes and it would be ready! We thought that would unbelievably good but we were wrong. Second, we arrived and the manager or the owner did not bother himself with any welcoming gesture and did not even ask for our order. Third, the manager was shouting at his employees which we did not like. He saw us staring at him so he pretended to be joking but it is clearly how he treat his people. Forth, employees including the manager himself ware eating in the food preparation area which is a universal health code violation. Lastly, I was waiting for around 30 minutes which is contradectly not a ten minutes wait!!! We apporoched one of the worker and asked him about our order and he shamelessly told us that we need to wait 20 minutes more for a sandwich but the pizza was ready. So, We asked to cancel the sandwich. He did not offer any apologize but extra crushed peppers and premeasan throw them with his bare hands.
