I visited this store a few days ago, the SA was very good (Jessica), I ended up buying when I never planned on making a purchase. I forgot my boxes that I asked for because I walked out wearing my purchases. I made a call and then returned to the store for my boxes for one bracelet and six charms and clips. The SA that worked with me for my purchase so I asked another SA for the box and bags that you normally get with purchase. The SA gave me one box and two charm boxes, no felt bags and I specifically asked her for the bags because I need them to preserve my jewelry. I am not sure what it is why SA in Pandora do not like to give boxes and bags that are supposed to be given with purchase, this has not been the first time. Next time I will not take any purchase unless it placed in the appropriate packaging and not on my hand, in my ear or...

I was here last week with my boyfriend. We recently moved to Vegas and wanted to add a Vegas charm to my bracelet. We got there and Connie started helping us and told us about a special they are running (buy 2 charms get 1 half off or free I can’t remember exactly) and so I picked out one I liked and she INSISTED I needed to do the deal and when me and my boyfriend kindly told her we just wanted to purchase one charm she reacted very rude and pushy and was MAD that we were just purchasing 1 charm and not 3 for $180!!!!!!!!! This store has amazing customer service! I was lied to and high pressure sales in Disney Marketplace, CA. I bought the wrong size but was able to exchange it here with the friendly amazing sales ladies! Store manager is just as amazing! I lost my paper with their names but I was there the first week in October. Great group of ladies. I will always shop there!
