Event planning can be very stressful when assuming accommodation for a 20 + crowd. Not everyone understands the importance of RSVP (i.e., Respond, if you please), in this case, I did experience some commitment issues lol, but Lori Carchedi took on my stress from the first moment we spoke. Lori stated, “Eboni, just let me know if your count changes one week before and we can make needed adjustments . Now if it changes the day of, we will make the adjustment with no problem. Due to me not living in Las Vegas and not being as hands on as I’d liked, I had to relinquish control, and Lori is that person you can do this with. She was responsive to every call, and email, I did not have to worry about anything . Lori outlined everything from the menu to the setup. Additionally, Lori suggested a lovely custom cake option made by Strip House partner, Las Vegas Custom Cakes, the cake was AMAZING! Lori assured the cake would be delicious and cared for by the Strip House team.
On the day of event, Lori and Strip House team met me at the door and greeted me with warmth and smiles. I felt like a celebrity when greeted by the Strip House Team LOL. My Family expressed the same sentiments. We had 30 guests in my party and individually they felt the staff was personally serving them. My cousin who is a mom of three uttered how Lance serviced our youngest guest by ensuring her food was chopped in edible pieces. Our youngest guest who is eleven months enjoyed dinner due to Lance proactiveness. Lance action also allowed her parents to enjoy their food in peace. Thanks Lance!! Brian was so amazing; his warm and vibrant personality was just what we needed. Our family loves to laugh, and Brian brought just that! He was so attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed, he also made us feel like he was our personal best friend, individually. We nicknamed Brian our best friend, Thanks Brian!!
Lori, I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful and pleasurable experience for my Dad’s 80th birthday celebration. Thank you for responding, and alleviating all my stress, and lending us your BEST waitstaff to care for us. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were hands down some of the best we had yet.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!

Read moreWe were in Las Vegas for about a week and had a tough time finding a restaurant on a Friday night without reservations, which was our fault. The Strip House accommodated us and we were surprised to get such a great table, and the ambience really was unmatched.
The waiter’s name was Valentino. He did speak quite fast, but had a lot of information about the specials…. ie the way the steaks were made what came with the steaks, the nature of the sides, (most of them serving two people), except for the baked potato as he gathered the wine glasses that we didn’t need. He wasn’t pushy at all, but very informative and he had several helpers deliver the food. I’ll have to say I wasn’t used to this type of steak which had a charred surface which I wasn’t crazy about whatsoever. It appeared burnt to me when I received it. I did mention it to one of the server’s helpers, but he just mentioned that it was their “signature” way to prepare steak. I will say the inside of the steak was perfectly cooked and it had an outstanding and well seasoned taste. It was the dried aged New York strip ordered, medium. The sides were pretty good, including the mac & cheese, which was extremely creamy, and I would probably cut back on the amount of sweetness of the brussels sprouts- as they were swimming in a honey like sauce. they were prepared otherwise very well . I will say, the bread was outstanding. It was warm and the butter was nice and soft, which I love .
Valentino didn’t hear us order our coffee properly so my wife did get the wrong coffee, but it was not a big deal.
Overall, I would go back to the Strip House, but I would be very careful in what type of steak I order because the prices were not cheap. Although, I guess just only slightly above average, for Vegas. It would’ve been nice if the server’s assistant would’ve offered a new steak, but he did not and we were hungry -and didn’t want to delay eating. I would’ve also liked if Valentino had come by the table a few more times, but he was busy with about five other tables. Let’s give the...
Read moreCame here with a large party for a birthday! Made a reservation three months in advance definitely paid off. Set immediately upon walking in. end good review.
The food was not what you are expecting. Starters needed help. The lobster bisque was underwhelming in it flavor of lobster and under-seasoned. The appetizers are very small for the price. Just because your fancy doesn’t mean you have to rip your customer off.
The main course wanted to put life back into the meal but I just couldn’t accomplish it. I ordered a $225 40oz Delmonico cut wagyu ribeye. No way was it wagyu, very little marble and not fork cut soft. The lamb must have been cooked from ice cold because it was tasteless and brought out over cooked. The tuna was all raw sesame seeds. Rolling something in raw sesame seeds is a culinary nightmare, sesame seeds must be toasted.
The sides were sides, duck fat cooked potatoes tasted like it was very old and used duck fat fryer grease. Lobster mac & cheese, not very much lobster, short rib mac & cheese, short rib was very chewy. But the french fries were so soaked in oil that It had to be brought to the attention of the manager.
Sweets were ok, the 24 layer chocolate cake was warm and almost sweaty while the New York Cheesecake was very jelly like consistency. The deconstructed snickers bar, was just that.
The service was great, our server was on top of our big group and making sure everybody was attended to. The drinks from the bar delicious and brought quickly.
The strip house needs some help in the food department we were one of the very first groups to be set for the evening and the food should’ve been very much on point it was a shame that the service was the stand out and that almost every person in our group had to bring half of their meal home. $1800 meal should be spot on. All of the concerns were brought to the servers and managers attention and heard with respect. Sadly you just can’t fix bad food was...
