We walked into the store and she immediately profiles us and starts asking the weirdest questions. Carol, how are you going to tell someone how to shop? If someone sees a shoe like I did and they want to see the other one to make sure the condition is good who are you to tell them that that isn’t the way to shop. How’re you going to tell me that I didn’t see any other rooms to shop in and that is why you were suspicious of us? Also, how are you going to tell me to smile? I was excited to go into your store prior to your horrible customer service. Of course I’m going to get upset when you make up a sorry excuse as to why you couldn’t find the other shoe. You said “it was to difficult for you to find” lol. Who would want to consign with you then? You cost your consignees several thousands of dollars that I would have bought. Of course we walked out upset. Your nice sales person tried to stop me after she told you that you don’t talk to people like that? Don’t you remember her saying that to you Carol? She stopped us and kept apologizing and she was embarrassed to say you were to owner when I asked her. Explain that!

I called because we went to one location and the nice young lady answered the phone and told me to come to their new location. We go in excited to shop and immediately the owner is being annoying questioning if I’m buying for myself since it was women’s clothes. I tell her I’m a stylist so she leaves me alone for a sec. I find a shoe I’m interested in buying and I ask for the 2nd shoe to make sure it’s in good shape like the other one. She immediately butts in and says are you buying it and I say I want to look at it. She says it’s hard to go get it from the back unless you’re buying it. It was so weird and the energy she was giving was way off. She was discriminating me for being a man in her store and she thought we were going to steal. Such bad customer service from her end. The two young girls that work there were kind and were very uncomfortable with how the lady treated us. Bad business.

She claims I walked in with a 6’3 man 😂 What does me smiling have to do with anything? We were actually excited to be there and you quickly ruined that. Why would your sales person tell you in front of us that you were rude and that you shouldn’t be treating us like that? Because you were the one that was profiling us “because we didn’t smile”? You’re ridiculous. Also I did set the shoe on the counter. Please quit making stuff up to make yourself feel better. Everyone please read how many bad reviews Carol has.

Strike 3 for me.....Watch what you buy.. some of the things are fake even though they sell them high price and say its real... I didn't realize it was fake until I took it to gucci and even though time has passed, I let the owner know she said have them put it in writting that its fake..Thinking out of good faith, they would make it right.. but no she said she wont refund me. Since it was past 30 days and other BS. I won't be back and I will spread the word. They said they do their best to make sure stuff is real.. but obviously, when a mistake is made...it's too late. I bought a belt that was supposed to be high-end brand and even the tag said a different name on it..and when it was handed to me the owner even said it was a high end brand ..so it was expensive. When I got it home... I really went into detail and it was only fossil and the owner said sorry and she would give me a credit of $15 when I know I spent over 50 on it. Smh... just bad business. 3 strikes and...
