Neighbor knocked on my door and asked if I wanted to go with him to get a Jamba Juice. Yuk! I thought. Vegetable juice, 👎 no way. But I went with him anyway. He ordered something green and I was just going to get a water and watch him drink that stuff. Surprisingly, when it was my turn to order, I asked for carrot 🥕 juice! Then I said "Large!" I was shocked and felt sick to my stomach. Why did I order that. Will miracles never cease? I was handed the orangy cold concoction, and while squeezing all my muscles bracing myself with some horrid vile taste, the carrot juice was delightful, bright, and refreshing! I could not believe it. Had my taste buds matured, or were these special carrots? I felt like a new man as every cell in my body seemed to scream out "YEEESSS! Read moreThe store is big with lots of chairs and tables but empty and cold atmosphere.
Staff needs to be trained more with better customer, smile and greeting customers. Otherwise it will be worse.
The girl who took my order also the one made my Açaí bowl. It came out watery base and the fruit seemed old not fresh. Had to come back. Stand at the counter and felt ignored and 3 staff pass by not even asked a single word for 5 mins. I finally got noticed so i informed and asked them to see if how they do it. The said the base if premade.
She asked me if I want a new one, I said yes please and she said “You need to throw that to the trash can,” with demanding and rude tone of voice. This could be handled better if the staff is trained right. I was shocked.
Definitely not return to experiment with this customer service that I can find elsewhere with better prices and ambiance....
