2 soups, 1 sandwich and a pick 2, $41 otd and had a 25% off coupon that the "general manager" would not honor because of "franchise owned or not." Idk what the deal with the GM was but he would not budge. And to tell a loyal guest that it's not for "my store" like he owns Panera. Well, my family, friends and I will not frequent this location and will have to think about dining at Panera moving forward, especially if they have people like Ben Villalvaso(the GM out of all people) ready to turn people away. Like as if it was coming out of his own pocket. Be aware of this location people. One thing to note, absolutely no one was wearing name tags except Ben. The guy with the pink shirt, don't know if it's someone higher than Ben, but no name tag on him either. Our cashier(had to find her name on receipt) had mucus hanging out of her nose while I was ordering. Not her fault but instead of Ben telling her that the coupon is not valid at "his" location, he should be giving her a heads up to clean her nose out. The worst thing to do when ordering food is to look at someone with snot in both their nostrils. If anyone takes the risk visiting this Panera, GOOD LUCK. My family and I had a terrible experience. Food matched the service sadly. Soups were all cold and sandwich bread was so hard it almost chipped my Aunts tooth. Also, how does a French onion soup have minimal to NO cheese in it? What’s funny is on the receipt shows “accuracy matters”, that’s a lie!...
Read moreDon't even bother calling this "Fast Food", it's more like "Eventual Food". The Food is OK, when you can get it in time! For the last few weeks I have been attending this location periodically and the service seems to get slower and slower! Today I arrived where no cars were waiting in the drive thru, i ordered SOUP, and I was told there was A 20-MINUTE WAIT!!?? whaddya doin, makin it from scratch, RIGHT NOW!?
Time was 1220pm; so you SHOULD already have it prepped and made! When I ordered in-person in the Drive-Thru they told me about it was a 20 min wait, but if I place the order on the app, it would be much faster!!?? how does that even make sense? This SEVERELY fragments the 30-minute lunch I am allowed, when it took me 5 minutes to get here, and 5 minutes to get back to my office!!
Then I sit at the window, rarely greeted with competence, and when forced to use the app, i was questioned whether i used the drive-thru or the rapid pickup - HOW TF DO I KNOW, I WAS "FORCED" TO USE THE APP!!
Seriously - this location could use some training on Customer Handling, especially for the drive-thru. Ordering or Getting my food should NOT be this...
Read moreThis is a new location, and I'm giving a 1 star in hopes feedback will be taken. I was delivering for UberEats. I asked the female preparing the order for an additional bag to put the beverages in. She refused and continued to argue with me. Saying "if you put them (2 large beverages) in a bag, they will spill). if someone asks for an additional bag, don't argue First, ALL of the order should be bagged, including beverages, for the customer's safety. Second, the bag with all the food items was so heavily packed, when I picked it up, the safety seal tore from the weight. This order was not packed properly. You need to put the beverages in a bag, and distribute the remaining order properly so that it will NOT spill or tip over.
SN: I have been doing deliveries for over a year now. IF the order does spill, I'd rather it be in a bag (paper or plastic) then all over my car while I'm driving. Please set up delivery orders...
