1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at "Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop"
I visited the "Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop" at the airport on March 29, 2025, at 10:30 am while waiting for my flight. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the employee, Scott.
From the moment we entered the store, Scott was dismissive and rude. He pushed us aside in a mean tone, and every time we touched an item, he'd say "ah ah ah" in a condescending manner, implying that we were stealing. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The way Scott handled our transaction, including the cash back, was also unprofessional. As a tourist, I was shocked and disappointed by the poor customer service we received. It's unfortunate that this store, which is supposed to be a welcoming ambassador for Las Vegas, would employ someone like Scott who seems to be so out of place in a customer-facing role.
I hope the management takes our experience seriously and takes necessary steps to ensure that their employees provide better customer service...
