Sugar Factory — Local services in Paradise

I went for my sister's birthday while we were in Vegas. The drinking glasses were super dirty (there was a strip of purple lipstick on the side of my cup that I was able to rub to smear). The food was decent but WAY overrated. As was the atmosphere and $40-$50 signature drinks. The stuff they use to make the drinks smoke, freezes up the bottom half of the drink before you can finish it. The drink tasted good and the smoke show when they bring it to the table was cool. Our waiter was the manager but he struck me as either new or not used to waiting the tables. He missed things like plates when we sat down like the other patrons got when they were seated and I ordered side condiments with my meal (mayo & Tabasco sauce) and I didn't get them until I was on my last bite of food, after asking him twice & it wasn't busy at all. Please pay close attention to your bank statements and keep your receipts when dining at this establishment. I was charged for my order and someone else’s order. I called Sugar factory to report the mistake. They took all my information down and said it would be looked into. I called a week later because the money still hadn’t been refunded and I got the same response of it will be looked into and nothing had been done since my first call. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They obviously have staff employed that are scamming customers by charging cash paying customers using other customer’s credit cards and...

Pros: We are outside (I asked and they were compliant) Negatives: From Stepping in the Sugar Factory 50 minutes to get our drinks 1 hour to get my food (we then had to ask if we could order my husbands food as well) 1 hour 10 minutes: Husband’s Milkshake 1 hour 20 minutes: My Dessert Husbands dinner came sometime after that. 2 hours asked for our check 3 hours finally left Food was average, service was terrible, environment was manageable (LOUD music, had to yell to communicate, lighting just fine).
