The Great American Bagel Bakery — Restaurant in Nevada

The chicken Cesar Sandwhich didn’t seem to have fully cooked (or warmed up) chicken and the cinnamon crunch bagel was also not really toasted, even though they asked me if I wanted it to be - 3 times.

I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a review but because of the rude employees I decided to say something. I was first in line and was openly ignored, money in hand 3 times. I watched 3 people behind me in line get asked what they wanted before I was asked even once. It was weird to the point of my friend also noticing. I’m fact, they took her order before mine and when I approached the register, the lady literally looked at me and said “wait one moment” And asked my friend (who just ordered) and asked if she was ready to order, and my friend gave her a look like “wtf, you just took my order less than 3 minutes ago?” And told her that she was now waiting for me to have my order taken. Then she hopped to it. Idk why that lady and the others in the kitchen felt the need to ignore me, but it was about 10:30 pm and the airport was very slow. I’ve learned to ignore this kind of stuff but this blatant disregard for certain paying customers is ugly.

The subpar food (which I believe gave me stomach pains) in conjunction with the weird treatment lets me know I will NEVER return here.

Went into The Great American Bagel Bakery at LV airport to see what they had and the worker told us the sandwiches are all pre made and on the shelf but can get just a bagel from the counter. Left the store to see what else there was but decided to go back and just get a bagel. The worker was standing in the back on the phone and seen us at the counter. She disappeared for a few a mins then came out, obviously annoyed we were there to buy something, she said "I already told you the sandwiches are pre made so u don't need to stand in line" didnt even say hello or ask what we needed. Told her we just wanted a bagel, she was agitated with her behavior and tone of voice. Once she got the order she yells out " have a seat and I'll call u when it's ready" my sister and I continue to stand and she again says "I said to have a seat and I'll call u when it's ready!" My sister snapped back "I don't wanna sit down". The one bagel was very hard and inedible, I have never had such a bad customer service experience in all my life. She was nasty...

Starting with the positive. Clean and not busy. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, keep thise opinions to.musrlf snd simply provide a rating. However, I feel compelled to share with fellow travelers, especially since sitting in airports isnt always the most pleasant experience Disappointing experience at The Great American Bagel in Terminal E. Food was overcooked and stale from sitting on the warmer too long. The chicken pesto lacked pesto, and the Cuban sandwich was dry, sauceless, and nearly inedible. Staff were dismissive—no eye contact or courtesy—just told me to grab another pre-made sandwich after tossing mine. Avoid this location if you expect fresh food or decent service. One other thing to add. Several travels came in, and out e of the women working hollers, "all.if the sandwiches are pre-made" and points o the cooler and warmer.
