Pandora — Local services in Paradise

My friend loves Pandora, I have never been in the store and my husband thought it would be a good Mother's Day gift for me. The sales woman (older lady in the terminal 1 store) was super pushy which turned me off to start with. The bracelet wasn't really my taste as much as it was hers. When she told me the cost I started to have a panic attack and told her I couldn't spend that much (not that we didn't have the money, I just can't justify spending that amount on something I probably wouldn't wear) to which she starting taking off charms to make it cheaper. After she gave me the new total I told her I was going to pass and when she asked why I told her I wasn't really a jewelry type of girl. She got stone faced and said "have a nice day" as cold as possible. She was pushy and rude, made me realize that I will never buy anything from Pandora nor recommend...

WOW WOW WOW. if you're travelling through or visiting Vegas, do yourself a favor and stop by this Pandora store in LAS airport terminal D. I hope you're lucky enough to meet Linda and win some money.

She went above many many moons and galaxy to make sure I could gift my mother a special edition LAS charm. My mom swears she has enough charms but this one she made sure to find extra special space for. I truly can not thank you enough for how special you made me feel as a customer. I went to that store last month with one of my coworkers and the ladys staff there they were rude since the moment we got to the store. They were looking at us like superiors and mainly because we were asking about the Last Chance sells. I shared my experience now because two days ago two of my coworkers went to D gates to buy a bracelet and they gave them the same extremely rude attitude to them. I don't know why the act like that to others staff from the airport or it is a matter that we are not buying the expensive Pandora's.
