Just got a classic roll this morning on my way to Dallas. Roll was cold and dry but I wasn't going to take it back. I went back and asked for some icing for my dry roll (mind you I just left 2 minutes before and the airport is empty). Foreign lady told me 79 cents for some icing or bring it back for a new one which is probably just as dry. Roll was 6.99 plus tax. I told her I won't bring it back but I'll write a review for them. She laughed so they earned this one star rating. There is a reason the ratings at this location are low. Wait until you go to another airport or just leave Cinnabon alone completely. The person who took my order was pretty nasty and gave me attitude despite me trying to be polite. The (classic) roll itself was bad. Brittle around the edges, lukewarm at best, and honestly flavorless. I think especially for the airport pricing, this was upsetting.
