Zegna — Local services in Paradise

I left the piece of luggage that had my dress shoes in it at the airport, and needed to buy some shoes for an imminent business meeting. Bianca was very helpful, and even took the shoes I was wearing when I came in to the front desk of the hotel I was staying at, which I felt was an act of extraordinary customer service.

We just visited this branch and as we were checking out the products the seller came to us and with a really rude manner told us we should have not touched the suit if we are there to just look it!!! There was no manager to talk to about it. We got really upset! It has never happened to us anywhere even in the most luxurious...

Customer service is terrible l. Ivan had me in the dressing room for 30 minutes only to tell me the ready to wear I wanted was not available for order. Store is not a true reflection of the Zegna Brand. Really disappointed in the lack of concern from Zegna store...
