Where to start.

Not sure what Jackie job title is but she is rude and clearly doesn’t know her company’s policy. She’s very rude and could not even show me where it is stated the policy she mentioned on a return. I had a few items honestly two items my boyfriend bought for me that I wanted to exchange not even return which if you know Abercrombie return policy there is no time line on exchanges as long as you have a receipt which I did. After my terrible experience with her, I called their customer service line which I was told by them I was totally able to return the items as long as they are in sellable condition ie tags attached and never worn. Which they all were. Thank goodness for the customer service rep she honestly saved the day. offering to return two of my items via mail and contacting the store. I’ve been a retail manager for 8+ years and never would I treat someone the way I was treated today. Poor job. You need new management because those kids have no idea what...

These workers are beyond rude and the least helpful people in the whole damn mall. I love this mall so much because every single time I go in any store I find that all of the workers are extremely helpful and kind and want to help you find things and if you need a different size, they’re glad to do it. Unfortunately, I feel the complete opposite in This store.This is my third time coming into the store And the trend of the workers being absolutely rude, ignoring me and having an attitude about having to get me a different size has stayed consistent. I get so irritated every time I walk in here there’s never anyone working on the floor. The employees are hiding and grouping up in the fitting room ignoring everyone. I asked for a fitting room and the guy didn’t even look at me just open the door, threw it open and walked away. The men specifically are extra rude I don’t know who they think they are…. It feels very strange that I’ve never had a good experience in this store....

There is some RUDE RUDE RUDE female employee that totally disgusted me and my kids by the way she treated me, just because I asked her which scents were from women and men. The clear perfume/cologne bottles were all on the women's side of the table, so I asked the female employee (attached a photo of her), which ones were for men because they were all mixed in. She gave me the nastiest attitude as if I was bothering by asking her a question. She grabbed and SLAMMED the men's cologne on the glass, one by one, saying "This one is a MAN'S COLOGNE. This one is a MAN'S COLOGNE. This one is a MAN'S COLOGNE." She repeated that 3 more times, all while slamming it on the glass. I'm surprised she didn't break it. My kids asked why she was talking to us like that. I was just honest with them and told them the truth: that shes miserable person. Do better Abercrombie in your choice of who you want representing...
