As first time Kia drivers, I have to say how disappointed we are with our 2023 Kia Sorrento and the Jack Daniel’s Service center. The head unit began to glitch about 3 months ago freezing on the favorite button screen. It became so bad that we were unable use the navigation as it glitched every 5-10 seconds. My husband scheduled service with our sales associate (Calvin from Jack Daniel’s Kia in Fair Lawn. He has been awesome and very helpful). When my husband brought the car this morning around 8am, the mechanic took a look, reset the system, and told my husband the issue was fixed. When my husband was brought back to the car, he saw the issue wasn’t fixed. My husband left so they can look into the issue further. Around 11am, he called the service center for an update and they told him that they were at a lost and unable to figure out what the problem was and they are waiting for Kia headquarters to get back to them. I receive a call around 12:30pm stating the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I questioned the associate if the glitch was resolved he apologized that he gave me the wrong information and Kia headquarters advised them to reinstall software. I kindly asked them if we should plan for alternate transportation. He stated that they would know in approximately 30-45 minutes if installing the new software if they would need more time and they would call us. My husband was finishing up his work day at 2 pm and decided to call them for an update as we hadn’t heard back. He called twice from his cell- no answer. So he called from his desk line and they picked up on the first ring… They told him that he could wait for them to order equipment to download new software or he can do it himself. He had to purchase the usb stick and download the software to a desktop computer- which we are doing currently. It is extremely disappointing that they were not more accommodating and proactive ESPECIALLY because this is a leased vehicle. Next visit: I was having a rough Wednesday morning, by 7am I had a destroyed tire and was stuck on the side of the road. Huge gaping hole in the wall of the tire, so trying to pump it up and drive it would be useless. Told work I had to come in late, and I was unsure when I’d arrive. I found a tow truck, and usually everyone tells you not to go to the dealer as they rip you off. Not my Jack Daniels! I called them and immediately Jonathan got on the phone with me and was happy to help. We checked if they had my tire size in stock, I have slightly larger rims as my car is a touring model. They luckily did and were nice enough to squeeze me into their already full schedule. I got a tow and arrived by 8:45. By 9:00 my car was in the back getting emergency surgery, I was very worried about issues with the rim, I prayed that it didn’t have to be replaced. Thankfully they told me my rim was fine! About an hour later, my car was ready and got the complementary car wash so it looked beautiful. Jonathan was amazing and professional, I’m so lucky to have this service center in my area. I also very grateful to the entire team to be able to accommodate me during my tire emergency. You guys are the best.
Addendum: Few months later, I came into the sales part of the dealership and was blown away by the quick, lovely, and patient service I received. I went in to buy out my current lease, because I absolutely love the car I’m driving. They helped make the process smooth and make a good deal. Shout out to Jackson and Benito, you guys are the best :)

Read moreSO many people around me start to purchase and drive Telluride and so many good reviews all over website / videos, I needed to take a look. The nearest dealership was this one in Fairlawn. When I first arrived, on the outside (I am sorry the truth has to be told) this dealership was the ugliest, oldest, and smallest dealership I ever visited seriously. Didn't expect anything almost didn't walk in the way the build looked, but I bravely entered this scary building. At my surprise, this guy in big smile greeted me, and made me feel comfortable, his name was Carlos. He showed me Telluride in the show room and have my kids bring their iPads and try the out. And provide thorough MUST HAVE / don't need feature search to find the right trim vehicle without paying unnecessary optioned vehicle. He fully understood what our family needed and stayed patient. We only purchased luxury name brand for decades and DID NOT expect any high quality service from this dealership. He actually provided even higher customer service than Lexus sales person I dealt with few weeks ago. And Karim the manager came over to help me settle on the price of the vehicle they were all transparent and not pushy at all. I ended up NOT purchasing the vehicle because of my low monthly budget which is nothing to do with this dealership, their price was more than reasonable. (I just didn't wanted to go down on the options list to get the less expensive trim) I wanted to leave a honest review of the this dealership and the employees, he called me few days later(just now) on my cell to follow up on the purchasing which motivated me to leave this review.
