I been enjoying amazing bubble teas at this place for couple of months and today I had a horrific experience and very bad costumer service from the employees of the shop. My drink was made totally off with less bubble when I noticed and asked if this was correct I was told that âI work here so I know how to make itâ type of an answer. Itâs shocking bc I wouldnât make that comment if the drink âlookedâ as I usually remember it. While walking away I noticed there was no foam on top of the drink so I asked back and asked why there is no foam? âItâs optionalâ I was told one again by the employee. I told him I never was never asked if I didnât want any so why was it assumed that I didnât want it this time or May time for that matter. Instead of the owner offering to remaking it she just gave me a refund, telling me next time I will be taken care off. Itâs funny bc there will be no next time. I think if I was Asian I would of been treaded better. They just wanted me out and didnât care I was unhappy with the young boys attitude and his costumer service. I wish this place nothing but the best but wonât be spending my $8 for a drink...
Read moreFor context, this review is about the bubble tea.
This place is all aesthetic and zero in bubble tea/boba. For a place that seems to specialize in tea, there was very little to zero tea flavor in the drinks. I asked if they do non-milk tea (Iâd want to see what their tea quality is like) and the worker was helpful in describing their drinks as being on the creamier side. But even the milk quality is poor. It doesnât even taste like real milkâjust water and milk powder.
The standard milk tea tastes like Lipton tea with water and milk powder. The strawberry milk tea tastes somehow more artificial than Nesquik and worse at the same time. They use powder for their flavors, but even the powder seems of low quality. I got a sesame boba for my sister, which hasnât been tasted yet, so hopefully thatâs a bit better.
The boba itself had a decent texture and seemed to have a good amount of syrup, but in the drink they stood to have no flavor.
$7.50 for a large size boba of this quality is honestly criminal. KFT, Gong Cha, any other big chain spot would be better in terms of taste and quality...
Read moreGangnam Signature CafĂ© in GS Mall is an absolute must-visit! One of their standout offerings is the mini croffel. This delightful combination of croissant and waffle is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it a delectable treat that pairs beautifully with their range of toppings. And let's not forget the bubble teaâan absolute delight! The flavors are vibrant and refreshing, with just the right amount of chewy tapioca pearls. You also have to try their latte, crafted from the finest Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans. The rich, smooth flavor and creamy texture are simply unparalleled. Itâs clear that they take great care in sourcing their ingredients, and the result is a coffee experience that will leave you wanting more. It is expensive but it is worth every penny if you are...
