Marc and Lydia are two of the most amazing people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I went out there with rough ideas of what I was looking for (engagement ring) and had to go through a lot of people who were just trying to push their diamonds at me and didn't listen to what I actually wanted. I had a very uneasy feeling with many of them.

Marc was very friendly and inviting, he went over things with me, what I wanted what I didn't, listened and helped me out immensely. I wanted the perfect stone and probably ended up driving him crazy, must have gone through a dozen stones before finding the one that was perfect but he never made me feel like it was a bother to him. They were incredibly patient throughout everything, both he and Lydia made this (incredibly stressful) decision very easy.

When it came to the band I fell in love with one and told him it had to be that one. He assured me his brother could make me the exact same one and it would like just like this one... I was a little nervous as this had such a large amount of detail in it. I'll be damned if it wasn't an exact replica and came out looking absolutely perfect.

I was 100% impressed with both Lydia and her brother Mark. Without going into too much detail about my engagement ring purchase from them I will say I've gone to my family jeweler my whole life and he told me I wanted something too difficult to accomplish in the short time span I asked for. this led me to shop around. Lydia was only the second jeweler I spoke with and on day one she walked me through a variety of things to look for while diamond shopping. she even gave me literature to read. we discussed pricing as well on my first visit, and Mark assured me he could meet my 4 week deadline easily even with my design I had in mind. I took the info and went to different jewelry exchanges including making my rounds through the diamond district in NYC. Ultimately, Lydia won over my business In the end. Through shopping around I learned how honest and genuine she was from the start. I felt no pressure from them whatsoever. The very first price they gave me was extremely competitive, and absolutely fair. We stayed in touch throughout the entire process via texting. I was even able to get pictures during the construction of the ring. I have 0 regrets with my decision, and neither does my fiancé!! I cant speak highly enough about my experience with this wonderful family...

We went to dozens of jewelers and from the moment we spoke to Marc and Lidya, we knew that we were in the right hands. Without being pushy, they provided insight and expertise into the diamond world and unlike many of the other jewelers we met, they were not pushy at all. They listened to what we wanted, the budget we had in mind, and were incredibly consultative throughout the entire process.

They were patient as we selected the perfect diamond, and were able to accommodate the custom setting and band that I had in mind. Lidya was available via text/phone during design and execution and made us feel like we were a part of the process. We were blown away when we saw the final ring.

It is almost a month later and I still can't stop looking at it! We highly recommend Paramus Diamond...
