When you became a member, you received a 25% discount on your first order. I became a member immediately, from the online website. I showed this discount at the checkout. First, the cashier said, "This discount is only valid online." I showed him the ad, 'it is written here as "store or online"... He said okay. “We will not apply this discount for your 3 products. "It is applied for only one product," he said. I showed the ad again. It shows the warning "This discount will be applied to your first order" and does not state that "This discount will only be applied to one product here". “The system does not accept it, sir,” said the cashier. I said, you enter three products, add the discount code and if the system does not accept it, okay, I am willing for the system to apply it. “Impossible. “If I enter the system, a ‘red flag’ will be added to me,” he said. This Skechers outlet store in on NJ-17 southbound side. This massive store has hundreds of styles of shoes, athletic apparel,ls, accessories for men, women and kids. It’s a clean tidy store, lots of nice arts and designs, kids area has a display monitor and gum ball machine. Different sections are easily identifiable from far. When we were shopping at the store, there was also buy one get second pair 50% off promo going on. There was also 10% discount for signing up for their rewards program.

We mainly stopped by the kids section to get a pair for our 5yo. There were some good choices, especially shoes with sparkling lights. Different size boxes were right under every design, so it was easy to see what’s in stock and what’s not. Prices were decent for kids shoes.

For checkout there was only one register open. There were few customers ahead of us. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get our turn. The associate was helpful, checkout process was smooth. Overall it’s a great location for...

Today I went to sketchers for the first time in over 16 years. I have never been a sketchers shoes wearer- Until Friday!!! Immediately walking into the store I was greeted by a friendly sales associate named Josh. He was extremely helpful and was able to explain all of the highlights associated with each style of shoe. He explained the technology and helped me select a shoe that offered all of the necessary support my feet needed. Thanks to his outstanding customer service I bought not just 1 pair of shoes but 5! I love these shoes and Josh is to thank! Great job sketchers for hiring such a knowledgeable, respectable, charamistic, and easy going employee who made me feel heard. I will be back!
