Worst experience! Went there to eat the garbages were so full that people were putting all their leftover food and trash on top of the garbage cans overflowing when I ordered our food to stay, they basically gave me nasty looks because I asked for double meat and there was a guy behind by the grill who was spraying right next to the food with cleaner to wipe something down, we finally got our food, asked for the cups for our soft drinks. There was absolutely No ice I asked them for ice. They got me three pieces of ice in each cup. I went to go get the forks. There were zero forks I had to wait for 4 minutes to get 2 forks. After my son and I were done eating we ordered 2 more bowls for my husband and other son to bring home. again employees there are so rude and the looks! Anyhow got the food to go got in the car 2 minutes into the ride home something was spilling because employees didn’t seal the bowls and the side of salsa everything dripped inside my car with a soaked through paper bag while I was driving and had to pull over to grab plastic bag from my trunk . Worst experience ! This is after spending over $100.00. Store on 545 N Route 17, Paramus, NJ 07652. Instead of treating the store and its customers with respect and doing a job that is NOT difficult so people could stay employed , they seemed miserable working there. Read moreIt was a frustrating experience recently here with portion size, missing items and rude behavior of staff. Their salsa was over and I asked them to refill, response was they have no more, black beans, fajita were almost over too and they were trying to search beans in the liquid. They packed my bowl without salsa and some beans/fajita, etc. I took a picture of empty salsa due to their rude tone and that’s when they immediately got the salsa from inside. So, they do have the items inside and just want to lie to customer that it’s over. I told them to pack salsa on a side now since my bowl was closed and moved towards billing. I was charged now extra for the salsa which is part of the burrito bowl but they didn’t wanted to refill when bowl was getting packed and had blatantly said it’s over. Read moreToday’s experience has completely ruined my decade+ long love for Chipotle. We ordered 3 completely vegetarian meals. Each was carefully wrapped and labeled with what we ordered. However, in addition to having our ingredients accurately represented, each meal also contained a surprise mixture of steak and chicken. And not just a single piece, but 10+ easily identifiable pieces in each meal. There’s nothing quite like a vegetarian chewing on a piece of steak when he bites into “vegetarian” burrito. Is this how Chipotle operates when you aren’t allowed to watch your food be made in front of you with your own eyes? This is truly disappointing and a shame.
