Location is in parking lot. Read below 4 directions. Awesome Halloween shop with tons of costumes, decorations, accessories, lights, and tons of other cool stuff! Lots of large animated and talking scary monsters of all kinds. Every year the animatronics gets a little better with more lifelike motions, mouth syncing with the voice and other nice little details.
Lots of cool costumes. And if you already have a costume, they have tons of cool accessories to make your costume even better.
If you are decorating inside or outside, they have tons of cool stuff to pick from. Last year I got a ghost that slides back and forth at random on a long rope and it has a motion detector so it will start moving and making scary sounds if it senses a person or animal nearby. This year I got an awesome fire and ice black light that gives a nice wavy background animation to make decorations look cooler and since it is a blacklight too, certain colors and chalks will glow neon when lit by this light.
All the best stuff for the greatest holiday of the year! Happy Halloween and Happy Samhain to all Halloween & Michael Myers fans!
(Unfortunately I didn't see any Silver Shamrock masks this visit, nor any adult Batman costumes, but there are always other places to find those) 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
How to find it: This is a seasonal location and it is located in the old BestBuy building in the Garden State Plaza parking lot, just below the AMC theater entrance and off to the side a bit. If you walk out of the Grand Lux or Seasons 52 and look out into the parking lot, you will see a 2 story rectangular building between the parking spots. This was the old BestBuy building and it is now a seasonal Spirit Halloween and VR arcade. Not sure if the VR portion is still operational, but Spirit Halloween is open for the season! Ghost 👻 👹🎃🍬🧹🕸️🦇
Also... For all parents of small children or any people who may be frightened by plastic, and cloth animatronics or humans dressed in costumes, it would be best to leave those people home while you shop if they might be affected by the above stuff. I guess it's common sense, but just in case, FYI this is a Halloween shop. Santa shop will probably...
Read moreMy child suffers with severe anxiety and went to buy a costume. When a worker dressed up was going around scaring costumers. I understand it’s all in good fun, but my daughter had this person screaming in her ear and getting into her personal space. She wanted to leave but couldn’t because this person was waiting by the exit, she was so scared to the point she needed my husband to come escort her from the store. Even then this person followed her out the store watching her from out the door. She couldn’t even shop for any costumes due to her anxiety just being near that person so party city seems like the...
