Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Paramus

Surprisingly disappointed for a new location I pass every day living local stop in for breakfast make great breakfast sandwiches. Rest of the food is great.. when I usually go to any of the Chick-fil-A's and I've been to all of them, One on Rt 4 / Teterboro with my meal, whatever I order I usually always get one of their chocolate chip cookies, always fresh soft and if not, hot warm like it came out of the oven always fantastic except again at this location I was very surprised opened up the cookie, ice cold hard as a rock and that was even being next to the french fries in the bag first time that ever happened to any Chick-fil-A locations they need to do quality control because that cookie was certainly not fresh. All I did was pull out of the location go over Route 17 and pull into pet goods to eat my meal in the parking lot before I went in the store so it was only two or three minutes later rock hard cookie. I didn't feel like turning around to go back hopefully they have more quality control and will change especially for brand...

This is by far the one of best burger place among the many chain restaurants in the neighborhood! The menu is delicious, high in protein, and low in fat. The restaurant is always kept spotless, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I also love the fresh seasonal flowers placed on every table—such a thoughtful little touch that shows how much they care about making customers happy.

They also frequently host in-store events for local kids and families, which is wonderful. (Their original characters make appearances, and they even give out fun novelty items—it’s always unique and exciting!) I truly admire the way this restaurant is rooted in the community and puts so much heart into bringing joy to everyday life through food.

I ask for my food (sandwich n Fries hot n fresh) second time here and won't be back. Four fries was hot but the rest was cold. I'm from the south and the food down there comes out hot, fresh and correct everytime. Not this location and they've only been open since May. I'll tell you this living here with the price of fast food and you'll receive it luke warm made me to not carve Chick-fil-A again. Plus the glass doors needed to be clean. Two cashiers and no one making the appearance of the restaurant inviting. No hair nets on the employees. Customer service and health and Hygiene are the last thing this place cares about. It goes to show that NJ will never experience the greatest of this fast food chain because they don't know what good hot fresh food is. I want what I paid for HOT...
