Last night we stopped at this subway drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of us and after about 10 minutes the first car that was at the window pulled off so we pulled up and we’re still one car away from the speaker. 10 minutes later a worker comes out and puts cones behind us, so I roll the window down and ask what’s going on why is taking so long. She says the car waiting 1st in line has 3 sandwiches and a dipper , they have a lot of online orders and they are training 2 people so they are closing the drive thru down. So I’m like okay… well whatever we will just wait. And at this point there are cones behind us so I can’t back out anyways. So we wait and wait and about 10 minutes later we pull up to the speaker and she says we aren't taking anymore drive thru orders. Now I’m slightly irritated but not yet angry and I say uhm.. okay well I can’t get out because you blocked me in. She replies oh well if you were already in line I’ll take your order in just a few. So I am not even exaggerating 20 minutes later she comes back on the speaker and says I moved the cones for you as I see someone behind me picking up the cones. Then I became angry. So because of that I am writing this review. These people obviously don’t know what they are doing. They are making sandwiches…. I have 4 kids and I make more sandwiches in a meal than they had in the whole drive thru. It can’t be that difficult. So what I did was come home and door dash it to me since they couldn’t take drive thru orders. And even at that my order was STILL wrong. I ordered a pizza sun and they didn’t put marinara on it. Read moreI have been increasingly disappointed with this subway. For starters, do not place an order online. In the past I have gotten sandwiches with cold meat and bread coupled with little to no toppings. Additionally, if you go inside to order, a good majortity of the evening staff are rude and they still do not put an adequate amount of toppings on your sandwiches ( I dont mean they should be putting a mountain of veggies, but they litterally only put 3 olives on my sandwich once). However, these poor experiences are not the ones that warrented this one star review. I placed an order online earlier tonight about an hour before closing. I picked up my order and brought it home only to find that the salad bowl I paid $8 for was half empty with no sauce, my veggie delight had limited vegetables, and the chicken bacon ranch was smothered in sauce with cold chicken and unmelted cheese. I am extremely upset as this is a waste of my money and now I do not even have an adequate dinner for my family. Attached is a photo of my sad looking, sauceless, and expensive salad bowl that also does not have all the vegetables I requested for and paid to have put in it, and the Veggie Delight that has nothing on it. I will not be coming back here again and you shouldn't go either until they fix this...
Read moreHadn't eaten at a Subway in years and it was suggested. I had a roast beef w/cheese on an Italian herb & cheese bread toasted, lettuce, tomato, purple onions, green peppers, and banana peppers ,a bag of chips and a coke. It was delicious. I don't know if I was hungry or what but I ate every bite. The store was clean, we came after church so not crowded yet. It was snowing and the temperature was fine not chilly or too cold or hot. The 3 girls working got the food up and out quickly. It just seemed like a lot, they could have used a 4th person for that after church rush, drive thru started going off and that pulled the one girl to having to take , make, collect, and push the order out. One extra person would have helped out a lot and the other people that came in with the rush would not have had to wait as long. But otherwise, we all have our hiccups and move on, the key they didn't panic. They worked together and kept it going and talked to the customers so they didn't feel left...
