I am really disappointed in my stay. Upon my arrival, I checked the room I was given. Off the top, it was not what I booked. I needed a tub due to having small children. Tried to get that changed but they didn’t have anything else available. Accepted that. Took everything in and left for family time. Came back, got everyone ready for bed. Sat in the bed and I smelled urine. I was exhausted and brushed it off. Woke up 6am on thanksgiving morning picked up my kiddos blanket off of the floor and smelled urine again. Searched for it. The bed my kids were sleeping on completely smelled awful. I should have trusted my nose the night before. Went downstairs to inform the front desk and asked for new sheets and all. She gave them to me so I changed my own sheets. Went back down to get sheets for the other bed had to explain the entire situation again to the next person. She did help me carry them to my room and offered to have housekeeping clean while I was gone. I accepted. Got back later that night the room smelled great. Friday morning the smell was back. After breakfast I informed the front desk it still smelled but appreciated them trying. Checked out Saturday morning and found out they charged someone’s tab on my room(they did refund it). Then I asked for a receipt for the stay. They couldn’t print it due to booking through hotels.com. Asked for a partial refund they said the manager had to do it. Called while traveling on my 12hr trip. Spoke to the manager. She said that I’d have to go through hotels.com to request a refund. As soon as I returned home, I contacted hotels.com. It took them 10days to tell me the hotel will not refund me anything. I’m so irritated with the entire situation. The hotel manager told me to contact hotels.com so I did. But they didn’t refund not one cent. Cost way too much money for the inconvenience. Never again. I’m so disappointed. Great way to treat a...
Read moreThis was our stay in Paris Tennessee before going home to California. When I say we we're tired! You have no idea. Seemed everything had been going wrong on this trip, so when we went in to get a room, we didn't have much hope this would change. But God sent Angel to relieve us of our worries. The manager here, I can't remember her name, but you know who you are. She saw that we were exhausted and tired as we sat in the lobby awaiting check-in time. She was having a meeting a few tables down. She came o er and asked if we were waiting for a room, and I said yes! She went over to 5 and had the clerk check us in right then. I was so relieved. We got our key and went up to our room, which was very nice and clean. Oh, and the smell in the lobby and elevator was such a delight. The overnight stay here made up for all the other things that had gone wrong. The beds were so nice and comfortable. The room was immaculate in every way. We had a fridge coffee 5 the next morning, and they served breakfast. It was really a good experience. Definitely...
Read moreThis is a newer hotel. It was so clean. The staff were the friendliest we have ever met at any hotel, and we travel frequently. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were too, and the duvet cover completely covers the duvet. The bathroom was very modern, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all in the big shower/full glass door, no plastic shower curtain, and a fabulous shower head. The hair dryer provided will dry your hair. Lots of space for personal items, a closet area, wall hooks, a solid place for luggage, and a desk area. Lots of plugs at the desk and night table with USB and C plugs also. We ate the breakfast offered, and it was good, waffle maker, mini waffle maker (my son ate the s'mores waffle mix!), hot oatmeal, fruit, cereals, milk, yougurt, boiled eggs, coffees, premade omlet eggs, sausages, toast, packaged muffins, bagels, juices, and the area was very clean and attended to by a sweet lady. Overall, we would stay there every time we are close. 5 STAR...
