Absolute worst experience. I feel like this place is a scam. I do not believe any of the four and five-star reviews of this facility are legitimate. Not only was the wait time over an hour for me after making an appointment online and driving 40 minutes to get there, I was treated as if my extreme pain did not exist. I was charged $75 on top of having my insurance card before I was even seen by anybody. The person who saw me has no title. She actually made the pain a lot worse by grabbing the most sensitive part of my injury and using it to pull on to look for the cause. Her diagnosis was "I have no idea; I don't see anything" and suggested steroids which I cannot take. She had no idea what it was and suggested steroids and Benadryl. She also told me a story about her brother, which I had nightmares about last night because I'm not sure if that's what happening to me. She told me it was possible that my pain is coming from inside and she did not possess the equipment or capabilities to find out. I am extremely upset and cried all the way home. I am still in intense pain and still have no idea what is going on with me. My injury is extremely inflamed where she pushed on it. When I got home, I called the facility to ask who it was that saw me, since I had no paperwork when I left, and found out that woman has no title. She did not introduce herself when she came in. I waited in the lobby in extreme pain for what I thought was an excessive amount of time for their only being one other person in the lobby. I was taken to a room and left in there for about 35 minutes pacing in extreme pain while I listened to everyone laugh and joke out in the hall. The final insult was being diagnosed by somebody who clearly had no idea what she was doing. My injury is inside my ear. I am not on any medications. I have never taken illegal drugs in my life. I am in good health and I had a very good attitude throughout this horrible process. I was even nice to her when she grabbed and pinched where it hurt the most. I was nice while she told me she can't see anything while I'm squirming. I was nice when I left without paperwork. She gave me a prescription from amoxicillin, again with no idea what's wrong. I honestly felt like this was a scam. My only choice now is to go to the ER which is extremely expensive. Doctor's office is overbooked. I feel like they are taking advantage at this facility and again I don't believe for one second that those five-star reviews are legitimate. They were extremely urgent only in how fast they...
Read moreFast pace was very slammed on Sunday. They had maybe 1 provider there, all appointments were taken for the day and people kept walking in for walk in appts. I was in severe pain - 2 teeth broke off 2 days prior, while eating and I woke up in the middle of the night , in severe pain. The pain was not just my broken teeth, but all down my jaw, my ear, my neck , gums were swollen etc .So I knew this was a serious infection and it came really fast and really severe. They were nice and went as quickly as they could . They got me in and out bc they knew I was in pain and that I was ready to get out of there. They called me in some antibiotics for the infection, got me some pain reliever on cotton balls to take with me , sent me in some ibuprofen and some mouth wash and sent me on my way. Itâs very hard to get into a dentist when things happen and nobody around me could get me in for about a month . I needed help right then and did not want to wait at the ER for hours for some antibiotics bc even though the pain was unbearable for me. It wasnât an ER emergency . So I am glad for places like fast pace , who r open 7 days a week and can get you seen and yes, they were busy and I was up there a few hours - but they went as fast as they could . The only way to make it more efficient, is to have several providers there everyday to see patients, so that the wait times r shorter - but as soon as u do that, they would make room to see even more patients and you would be in the same boat - waiting for a while to be seen. Other than that, everyone did their job, they were nice , professional and did the best they could , with what they have to work with . More ppl need to be grateful that places like this are available and not complain about how long they had to wait , bc waiting at the ER will always be double the wait time as fast pace ! Every single time ! Give all these ladies a standing ovation and a raise bc they do phenomenal everyday - Fast Pace - Paris, TN for the win- Love Mrs Sherry- She is the Best!! and Mrs Donna is pretty great too! Everyone up there is nice and I hope they have a...
Read more5 STAR for Drs and PAâs. The Orthopedic Dr and the Dr/NursePractitioner were both WONDERFUL. I rated a 3 star for the following reasons. Office Procedures are a pain. You can fill out and send in copies of all your information I.e., drivers license and insurance card prior to your appointment. I thought this was great. You also set up an appointment prior and they send notices as to what number in line you are. Again I thought wonderful. Nope not so great. When you get there you are asked to fill out more paperwork and itâs required each time. I can see filling out a form for New medical issues but not the documents they already have on file unless itâs changed. I fractured my foot and I was asked to fill out a form on my mental state, WHY itâs my foot not my brain. I asked why itâs not my mind Iâm here for my foot and the receptionist said everyone does and you need to fill it out. I apologized and refused. Just be prepared for paperwork each appointment even on follow ups. We told the receptionist we were told by the Doctor we would have to fill out anything for the next days visit because the x-Ray tech wasnât there. The receptionist told us we still had to. The appointment time set up is NOT accurate either. I thought that was going to be great as well but it failed, I still had to wait sometime before getting seen. Again NOT Drs or Physicians Faults. We have computers why is the information not kept in...
